★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought two jackets but the service was just semi good. An elderly woman was assisting us. Her first assumption was that we don't have money. Who ever assumes that? Than she wanted to give us a small goodie for the spend, showed it to us but never added it to the bag.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Among all other Wellensteyn stores in Budapest , this location has very good helpful staff.We wanted to buy one of the winter jackets and first we went to this other branch close to our house but the staff did not even come to ask if we need any help or not.We got very disappointed and we left .Today , we went to this branch in Vaci utca and they helped us very good and we bought what we were looking for.
We would like to thank them .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very-very good quality coats. I think I can say absolutely premium. The staff is also very kind. We bought two coats with my girlfriend with some discount on my one. I was happy to get at least one a little bit cheaper. An hour later we left the shop they called me they double checked the prices and it turned out the other coat also cheaper, so eventually they gave me back some money. If they hadn't had call me, I wouldn't have any chance to figure out I should've got discount. It was very nice and correct from them.
