When I saw it first opened I was quite excited to visit it as it looks very nice. I made an appointment by phone to the same day at 4 pm. I arrived at 3.50 pm but of course they asked me to wait for about 10-15 min. I was ok to do so, but in the end I had to wait more as there was only 1 guy - hairdresser and 3 clients including me.
One girl (I think she was a receptionist) started to wash my hair as the main guy had no time at all serving 3 people at the same time. In the end he came to me. He started to wash my hair and that was SO PAINFUL! He was literally pulling out my hair, I thought I will lose them all. After I had to wait with this conditioner for another 15-20min (because the Guy was serving another client at the same time).
Finally, he started to cut my hair and again really pulling out and pushing my head like a football BALL! Super painful! He did not clean the brushes and other equipment from the previous client and used it on me. When I asked him to clean them, he just put a little water to it and continued.
In the end, when I came to pay they asked me for 3 000 + huf than the price they told me by phone (because of the shampoo he used). But I wasn't even aware of this shampoo use! I was super disappointed. My hair look horrible and I lost 12 000 huf for just a haircut.
DO NOT EVER USE THIS SALON!
