R	Róbert Gál on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Többször voltunk már itt kicsit drágának találom de nagyon gyerek barát a hely,de most csalódás volt. Autista gyerek is volt a mostani csapatunkban akikkel együtt érkeztünk,a kisgyerek nem mindig tudott lejönni étkezni 3 db pék süteményt szeretünk volna felvinni neki a szobába természetesen megkérdeztük hogy lehetséges e ( idáig bárhol voltunk sehol nem okozott problémát sőt előnyöket élvezhettünk idő korlát nélküli étkezés stb.) Itt 2 ember is nemtetszését mutatta ,és felírták a szobához mint + fogyasztás. A második probléma ismételten az étkezéssel volt ebédnél étlapról rendeltűnk semmi olyat nem akartunk ami nem lett volna az étlapon gyerekeknek a köretet szerettük volna felcseréltetni arra is azt mondták nem megoldható csak is + ba kérhető,ez se okozott még soha sehol problémát főleg úgy hogy gyerekekről volt szó. Harmadik ami kicsit fura volt hogy volt foci kapu de foci labda az nem ?‍?? We have been here several times I find it a bit expensive but the place is very child friendly but now it was a disappointment. There was also an autistic child in our current team with whom we came together, the little child could not always come down to eat 3 bakers would like to bring him to the room. Of course we asked if this was possible ) Here, 2 people also showed displeasure and were recorded for the room as + consumption. The second problem was with the meal again. We ordered nothing from the menu. We didn't want anything on the menu. We wanted to change the side dish. weave. Third which was a bit strange that there was a soccer goal but a soccer ball is not ?‍??
N	Németh Viktória on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Szuper 3 napot töltöttünk a szállodában egy 9 hónapos babával. A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész, mindenkinek van egy kedves szava a vendéghez. Tisztaság van mindenhol, az ágy nagyon kényelmes volt. A wellness részleg megfelelő méretű és hőmérsékletű, én fázós vagyok, de sem a vízben, sem kint nem fáztam. Az ételek nagyon finomak voltak, és külön öröm volt számomra, hogy tej és tojás érzékenységem ellenére én is több fogás közül tudtam választani. Hatalmas játszószoba van a gyerekeknek, rengeteg játékkal, ahol kicsi és nagyobb gyerkőc is jól érzi magát. Voltak külön programok is gyerekeknek, éneklős-mondókázós foglalkozás, bohóc előadás. Gyönyörű a kert és nagyon közel van a Balaton part is. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, biztosan visszatérünk még! We spent a super 3 days at the hotel with a 9 month old baby. The staff is very kind and helpful, everyone has a kind word to the guest. Cleanliness is everywhere, the bed was very comfortable. The wellness area is the right size and temperature, I’m cold, but I didn’t get cold either in the water or outside. The food was very delicious and it was a special pleasure for me to be able to choose from several dishes despite my delicacy of milk and eggs. There is a huge playroom for the kids, with plenty of games where both small and large children feel good. There were also special programs for children, a singing-rhythm session, a clown performance. The garden is beautiful and the shore of Lake Balaton is very close. We had a great time, we will definitely be back!

There is a children's playroom, indoor and outdoor pools, outdoor playground, a local restaurant with half inclusive option for breakfast and dinner. Nearby attractions: Keszthely and Hévíz. Rooms are clean and staff are friendly and attentive.

The cleanness is on high standard, the staff is also helpful. Food variety is really good, however the dessert speciality could be run out quickly. The only bad side is the playroom, which is behind on the developments or it cannot stand the children's continuous attacks.
