Opening hours are not correct, phone is not picked up all day. A company this big could really do enough to write both on the net and on its accounts to make the right opening hours!

The lady who worked there was a phlegman. He made himself known. Then when I asked for the third time what a jerk was, he was willing to finally explain. So the service and service is terrible. He doesn't deserve a star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kétszer mentem oda (egyel többet mint kellett volna). A pultban ülő hölgy, akadékoskodó magatartásával, flegma modorával, képtelen volt elintézni, amit szerettem volna. Átmentem a postára, szintén Western Union, kb 3 perc múlva rendben ment minden. Senkinek nem ajánlom a helyet.
I went there twice (one more than I should have). The lady sitting at the counter, with her stubborn demeanor, phlegmatic manner, was unable to arrange what I wanted. I went to the post office, also Western Union, after about 3 minutes everything went fine. I would not recommend the place to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent some money to this location quite a few times. Everything was fine until last time when the money was not delivered because was missing the middle name ( never knew there was a middle name before).
Went back and added the middle name.
Now the order of the name is not correct !!
The middle name was just added at the end.
I am already sorry that I used Western union.
Today I will need to go back ( 3rd time) to explain here this name issue.
Never again. Will find another, more user friendly way to send money to Hungary.
