Egy fotó alapján készítették el a rég elveszett pecsét gyűrűmet. Tökéletesen sikerült, maximálisan elégedett vagyok.

Senkinek sem ajánlom! Egyáltalán nem profik!!! Az eljegyzési gyűrűm nagy volt rám ezért rám igazították, 3 hét után 2 gyémánt is megmozdult benne és szemmel láthatóan besüllyedt. Visszavittem, közölték, hogy nem is értik, náluk ilyen még nem fordult elő (ahogy olvastam a véleményeket facebookon és itt is ez egyáltalán nem igaz) de kicserélték...legalábbis az egyiket, a másik szerintük nem mozdult meg és nem is értik, hogy én mit látok, pedig konkrétan szabad is szemmel is látható, hogy nincs a helyén, lejjebb van, mint a többi kő, de ők érdekes módon még nagyítóval sem látják... A kicserélt kőnél, a gyűrű szélét nem igazították vissza rendesen, kiáll oldalt és ettől a gyűrű azon része, ahol a kövek vannak teljesen elveszítette a kör alakú formáját, el van deformálódva...visszavittem, de nem történt semmi...ők ezt sem látják, pedig minden ismerősünk látja nagyító nélkül is...ilyen trehány munkát egy ékszerüzlet nem engedhetne meg magának...főleg ahol eljegyzési gyűrűket árulnak, egy örök életre szóló ékszert...dühítő, hogy meg sem próbálnak precíz munkát végezni. Lehet, hogy elsőre szépek az ékszerek amiket árulnak, de ha javítani kell biztos hogy el lesz rontva és undorító trehány munkát kapunk vissza...

Gyönyörű ékszerek, nagy választék. Telefonos egyeztetésnél minden kérdésemre választ kaptam. A kiválasztott és a webshopból megrendelt ékszer másnap meg is érkezett házhozszállítással, tökéletesen becsomagolva, certifikáttal. Az ékszer tökéletesen megfelelt a fotókon látottaknak. Vásároltunk már az üzletben is, ott is kedves, profi kiszolgálást kaptunk.

I got my engagement ring resized and repaired here. It was not only affordable but the staff is stellar. I was working a lot and could only pick up my ring on a Saturday. I didn't know they closed early on Saturdays and happened to head over just as one of the staff was closing the shop. Without hesitating, she reopened, and even let me use a card even though their machines had been powered down. I'm so grateful, and can't recommend them enough. They deserve your business.

Dear Owner, RE false allegations: your assumption that i ‘bother businesseS’ ;not just yours; a statement i don’t understand what you can possibly base on. I merely outlined the discrepancy between what you claim to offer as a service and what the actual experience of this service was. On a platform created for exactly these kind of reviews. In your defense, you described aditional services that you offer that i encouraged your future consumers to check up on. I fail to see how any of this in itself can ‘bother’ your business. In contrast to this, what can really bother your business (and indeed businesses in general): the lack of professionalism in managing negative customer reviews, including all the other such reviews on this platform. Although adressing personal offense, such as malice is probably the lowest point you can hit and reflect on how you trully treat and value potential future customers. So once again, and as a final closure point: Thank you for your passive agressive answer to my original review below, it trully helps in proving my point. I dont need to sell anything anywhere, my review was not on that, but since you put it that way: I encourage anyone who does need to sell and/or buy from you to look into what you claim about the 1% and your check up process. If that also offends you, it just proves my point again. Original review: Subcritical. If you do decide to purchase from them, please question the origin of the stones. Friendly hint: they are probably 2nd hand, bought by White & Black Jewellery staff @ subpawnshop like ‘evaluation’ level and re-sold at stellar stratum. In fact , an even friendlier hint: benchmark what you’d purchase there with what you’d be able to find @ a pawnshop, as you’ll probably walk off with a more fair deal from a pawnshop and at least then, you’d know what you’re buying into regarding the energy you’re taking with you carried in the stone.
