Sajnos, ugyan a megvásárolt kuponon július 31. volt a lejárati határidő, már május közepén (2,5 hónappal a lejárat előtt) sem tudtak a kupon feltételeinek megfelelő időpontot adni. Mivel egy konkrét esemény előtt szerettem volna felhasználni, ezért számomra augusztus már nem volt opció. Javasolták, hogy hívogassam őket, amit megtettem néhány hetente, de nem volt lemondás, nem sikerült bejutnom. A kupont nem tudtam felhasználni, hisz a White Smile a saját maga által szabott feltételeket se tudta teljesíteni. Szerettem volna visszakapni a kupon árát, de sem megértést, sem rugalmasságot nem találtam. A telefonok alatt se éreztem az ügyfélszolgálaton, hogy segíteni szeretne.. nem is segítettek. Szépen zsebre tették a kuponért járó pénzt a szolgáltatás nyújtása nélkül úgy, hogy május óta folyamatosan ment az egyeztetgetés és ma kb. még az arcomba is nevettek, hogy így jártam, és hogy nem érdekli és befolyásolja őket a közösségi média és az ügyfeleik kommentjei. Szép kis hozzáállás, ezen mondjuk én is mosolygok. Szerencsére vannak olyan szolgáltatók, akik tudják, hogy kell egy ügyféllel bánni, és nem arra játszanak, hogy ingyen keressenek kuponokon 8900 Ft-okat. Senkinek sem ajánlom ezt a fogászatot, mert ugyan a fogorvosi szolgáltatásaikat nem ismerem, ha bármi nem a tervezett folyamatnak megfelelően zajlik, itt biztosan nem fognak segíteni.

Unfortunately, even though the purchased coupon had an expiration date on July 31st, it was not possible to give the coupon an appropriate date in mid-May (2.5 months before maturity). Since I wanted to use it before a specific event, August was no longer an option for me. They suggested that I invite them to do what I did every few weeks, but there was no resignation, I could not get in. I could not use the coupon because White Smile was unable to fulfill its own conditions. I wanted to get the coupon price back, but I couldn't find any understanding or flexibility. I didn't feel at the customer service during the phones that they wanted to help .. they didn't help. The money for the coupon was nicely pocketed without providing the service, since the match has been going on since May and is now around. I even laughed at my face that I was doing so and that they were not interested and influenced by social media and their clients' comments. It's a pretty little attitude, so let's say I'm smiling. Fortunately, there are some service providers who know how to deal with a client and do not play for free search for coupons of 8900 Ft. I do not recommend this dentistry to anyone because I do not know their dental services, if anything goes wrong with the planned process, they will certainly not help here.
