★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wizz decided to change my flight twice since I booked it. And their call center line is not free. I couldn't confirm my reservation once it was changed and I tried to get in touch with them but no success. I am yet to travel and maybe I will change my raiting but so far it only caused problems. It's funny how the ticket prices fluctuates from one day to another....and another complaint (among many..) would be the schedule... 4 a.m, 12 a.m.... why not fly at a reasonable hour?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My flight was canceled! I had the option for refund when i closed my case! After three months they said that that have sent my refund, but i didn’t receive anything, after few emails, they said they don’t refund 2 hour delay flights.. so the refund is not possible for an invalid reason..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company ever traveled with. Cheap flights, I'll give ypu that. However they cancelled flights twice, applied refund voucher for 120% of the value but the app did not allow me to use the voucher. I complained and asked to receive the refund in my card insted and they confirmed and closed the ticket without ever sending the money. I will need to complain to my card issuer to force them sending the money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst airline ever. Should have heard on others opinion. Once and last booked with this airline. Online check in was not available. Wizz Website said it was not possible to check in online for this flight. The surprise came when we were at the airport. 140€ extra for 4pax as we should have checked in online. No local Wizz support at the Vienna airport, rude telephone service with a lot of false excuses, searching for the fault at the passengers site. The problem with the unavailability of the online check could be solved with check in over the Wizz air app.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst airline ever. Changed my flight 2 times. After changing the flight they wanted me to accept/reschedule/ask for a refund. But this is not possible - because their booking system is not updated yet, saying "Please return back soon to see the changes." now for a 4th day already. So I'm stuck, with a rescheduled flight by Wizz Air, not able to make any changes to my booking.
So I tried the "chat assistant": "All our agents are busy at the moment, please try again in a few minutes."
So I tried to fill out the claim by email: no answer
So I tried to call the call centre: "you are 25th in a line; estimated waiting time: 30 minutes" and I should pay 1eur/minute for waiting. What?
The only thing good with this company is low prices. Everything else is a total disaster.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Flown many times with them past 5 years.
Overall good and cheap until.... You get to the gate in time, already check-in, and the staff tells you that you cannot board because your seat is already taken!!!?
They purposely overbook and because of that I missed the wedding of my brother, something I will never forgive them.
I had a paid subscription with them.. frequent flyer. I will never fly with them again. I'd rather pay more and actually get to my destination instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful with new service Wizz priority… far from expectations and creating confusions in the guest mind. At the end you need to pay extra 35 euros for your boarding pass…if you do not follow the basic option… so buy basic only and your will be treated for what you pay. Ground staff received a lot of complains about guests trapped with the new Wizz priority, and advise guest to complain to Wizz air. Looking forward to seeing your program description more transparent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took our first two Wizz Air flights this week and thought the airline was outstanding. Flights were early both directions. Flight crew was extremely polite on both flights. Seats were comfortable and leg room was good for length of flight. We would fly them again in the future for sure.
