We replaced the boiler with us half a year ago, they did everything in one day, with a chimney change, a very professional team came out. There was a minor problem with the boiler's wifi connection in retrospect, but they helped right away and were eventually resolved remotely. I would love to recommend them to my friends.

They have been servicing the twenty-first-year-old boiler in our rented apartment for years, they keep the installation history and know the machine. Always the same technician comes, be it Sunday or Christmas. He is kind, polite, explains the problem, the possibilities for improvement, his experience is visible. The necessary parts are procured, a worksheet and an invoice are prepared immediately, the whole repair process is professional and transparent.

I asked for a quote for the replacement of our old, traditional gas boiler and for the modernization / division of the existing one thermostatic control. The on-site survey was conducted the next day. We discussed the possible outcomes of the boiler replacement with the outgoing specialist in great detail, taking into account several variations. They were the only companies to offer that we could keep the existing Wolf domestic hot water tank if we refitted the Wolf boiler. Accordingly, we received two offers, one with this solution and the other "exchanging everything." In the end, we stayed with Wolf, as there was no noticeable difference in price. The assembly was completed on time. Unfortunately, we were left without hot water for a day as the task was quite complicated. The components of the previous system were replaced with the exception of the heat exchanger (the mixing valve was only available on special request, at no extra charge), but unfortunately the not very aesthetic pipe under the boiler could not be repaired (let's not significantly deteriorate). In my opinion, the work could have been done with a much simpler piping, but unfortunately they didn’t have to dismantle anything they didn’t have to do, but rather adapted to the existing pipes. When we started using the new boiler, it turned out to be very loud during hot water production (as if the pump were airy). Because of this, we had to call the mechanics back several times, and finally a third person from the company realized that the supply and return lines on the hot water tank had been replaced, and the pipe coil of the tank had not been bled. If I count correctly, they visited us a total of 5 times and spent about 3 and a half days here, and everything was ready. Nevertheless, we paid less than the price in the offer, as in the end the outside temperature sensor was not installed (no radiator heating, so unnecessary). Only 4 points due to tripping during the run and the piping system.
