I do not recommend anyone to buy from them. Yes everyone is wrong, that's a fact, I made a mistake too, the mechanic made a mistake (although no one understands why), they made a mistake too, but I only had a damn ... So much for what happened, I ordered a product, the cheaper of the two that was advertised. (I don't understand) They called to make sure I got what I needed, so far their attitude has been five stars, I wish everyone was like that! The problem was that the part was black or gray plugged in, black was cheaper, I ordered it (I had no idea it was the other type) So I told him on the phone that it was gray. So it’s not what I ordered, but the lady looked it up based on the chassis number and said the system says it needs black in it, so I ordered a good one first, so I can pick it up the next day! It was also taken over, I installed it with a mechanic as it should be, of course I told him that they called and agreed that it was necessary for my car. A mechanic put it in (he made a mistake here) because he installed the wrong part, supposedly every car mechanic should know that if the part is a different color, (it doesn't matter if it is a remanufactured, Far Eastern Spanish or French part), but then it won't be good. ... So I recommend to mechanics that they need to smell 100,000,000 parts in color, because if they don’t, it will cost their money. So he installed it and my car is not good for him. I wrote an email that wasn't good, the answer came that the mechanic made a mistake, not because they installed it, even though it's not the type to include it !!!!!!!! But they admit that THEIR SYSTEM IS NOT SURE TO GIVE GOOD ... The mechanic needs to know that the factory system Well, after that, the part isn't taken back, because it's been installed, right ... So I tell the phone what color and chassis number they say, how important the color is, but their system gives out another one, they sell it to me and then not his their fault is that they didn't sell what it was in (it was gray in it and they sold black) That's why they're not responsible for anything. They can sell, but they take no responsibility for anything anymore. It is not for them to know the parts but for the mechanic, the other thing is that they tell me what is good for me based on a DEFECTIVE computer system and the factual visible color difference which is so important, so they don't care if their system gives out something else ... .If I said it was gray, they sold me black ... Everyone should be aware of this, so if they offer something wrong, they are not at fault and there is no guarantee / exchange / return. Or everyone communicates the exact type via email, there is a trace, if they recommend a bad product then at least there is a written trace and the case can be taken forward.
