★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egy felnőtt és három gyerek (12, 9 és 4 évesek) számára szerettem volna szállást foglalni.Telefonban megállapodtunk, emailban átküldtem az írásos foglalásomat, és vártam a bank számlaszámot, ahová a kért előleget átutalhattam volna. Telefon hívások, ígérgetések után, 3 nappal a foglalásom után, azt a választ kaptam, hogy "ez egy családi vállalkozás, és a család úgy határozott, hogy nem adja ki nekem a szobát", mert ezt eldönteni "szívük joga"... "Ahelyett, hogy ennyit beszélnék , keressek inkább valahol máshol szállást!!"
I wanted to book accommodation for one adult and three children (12, 9 and 4 years old). We agreed on the phone, emailed my written booking and waited for the bank account number to which I could transfer the deposit. After phone calls, promises, 3 days after my booking, I got the answer "this is a family business and the family decided not to give me the room" because it is up to their heart to decide ... " Instead of talking about it, I'd rather find somewhere else !! "
