Its location is excellent, all points of the building are perfectly executed. Care was taken to place the accessories carefully. Dear smiling employees. I can only recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Harkány. The spa is a few minutes ’walk away. We were able to relax pleasantly. Congratulations to the operators. Great place!

As early as we arrived at the hotel, we were disappointed that the unlimited buffet carpenter’s dinner we had purchased in the package was so limited, 40 minutes before dinner, that we could not take advantage of it. At their request, the waiter gave the answer that he was sorry but we are the last ones !!! There was no hot water in the room and water flowed out of the shower. We found bugs in the room - The next day we got a new room at our request, but the situation did not change there either. They were bugs and the restroom was broken. That is not why we traveled 400 km. The "wellness" is a smaller jacuzzi whose operation is questionable and a larger cold water pool for all 2 saunas. It's maybe 2 stars ... but by no means 4 !! We have been to a 4 star hotel but heaven and earth are the difference. The staff / with the exception of 1 person / is, to put it mildly, not at the height of the situation. At the time of our application, the receptionist was rude and phlegmatic. The full price of the 2-night package was paid with us. We received no financial or human compensation. It's just below 4 stars in everything. We will never go here again.

Super place, tasteful design, delicious food and very good wellness area. The staff is very nice. They conjured a fantastic Easter at the hotel, and so on :)

I didn't get what I asked for sweet champagne instead of dryness. No staff in the wellness department, no one pulls water, shower does not work. I was very disappointed with this hotel, I do not recommend it to anyone: /
