I ordered your lawn mower a month ago, but it hasn’t arrived so far! They do not answer mail, they are not available by phone, only the machine is talking!

The ordered product has arrived, but it is useless. A torn man brought the mower by bike. I thought you were wrong. Later, 30% of the parts were found to be defective.

In April 2021, I received a useless razor! I complained ..... they were sent here and I didn't get any compensation! I do not recommend this humiliation to anyone! Unfortunately, I have been receiving their newsletters ever since .... I unsubscribed in vain! I don't want anything from these.s I don't have time for court.

No product has been received in 10 days, no letters, written questions, questions will be answered here or at the distributor, no phone will be picked up. I do not recommend, I will not buy here myself. Unfortunately, 0 stars cannot be given, they deserve it.

In January, I bought a massage mattress from Gruppi, the value of which was then marked at HUF 38,5OO and sold for HUF 7,990. They sent me a completely different massage mattress (available on the Internet for several places for about 13.OOO.- HUF), which didn't even look like the product in the picture! They were sent to Custom Products to handle the complaint. After several exchanges of letters - always very bitterly with another clerk - causing me a lot of stressful minutes - the purchase price was finally returned. 99O.- HUF was deducted for the courier, who - very bitterly - was sent for their completely different product, which is not in the picture - but also defective, incomplete, poor quality. I asked that no offers be sent in the future because I will not buy from them anyway. However, I still received one at my other email address today! The same mattress is offered, now for HUF 39.99, at a purchase price of HUF 9.99. (There were 51 customers when I looked!). The mattress in their advertising picture is the same one I wanted to buy too, but I didn’t get an answer all the time as to why it wasn’t sent! So this fake business is still going on! The correspondence revealed that several companies are included in the Gruppi "alliance". Gruppi (Xentury Media), Unique Products, Fercoline Consulting Kft, their biller is Skynet World Group Kft). I also don’t understand why I had to correspond with Custom Products for weeks because Xentury Media eventually returned my money. I would suggest that before anyone buys anything from them, ask for the article number of the product you want to buy by e-mail (which we only found in the box in the foreign language user manual), because with this article number you can search the internet to find out what you will get. in fact, and that’s actually “how much it’s worth” for other companies.

A 0 star is also quite an exaggeration. : \ They advertise their partners' products, and they deliver the petrol-powered lawnmower without giving it the accessories that would in principle be its accessories. Not even a fishing line is given with the device. Just the mower. It's good that the gas tank is being handed over ... it's all pathetic. : \

Unfortunately, I also marked that one star out of coercion, as it cannot be published otherwise. This is the 2nd time I have not received the product paid for with the credit card. 2 years ago I forgot that amount around 2,550 ft, but now it's about more. On December 8, 2021, I ordered you a massage machine, to this day I have not received it. I am very angry.

Pathetic company. You don’t get what you ordered, but as I can see at best, it’s too late. Zero communication, no indication that you will receive the product late. If you write an email and inquire, they are held responsible for the fact that they are just an advertising page. You must write to the "company" you see when contacting you when ordering.
