P	Preda Marius on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Română Engleză Am achiziționat un VW Passat pentru compania SC STASS CONTAINER &STEEL FACTORY SRL im calitate de administrator al aceste companii iar cei de la AutoXL refuza restituirea TVA chiar daca le am pus la dispozitie toate actele doveditoare privind administratorul si puterea acestuia in companie.Am fost nevoit sa plătesc masina integral chiar daca legile de achizitiei intracomunitara la nivel de EU zic cu totul altceva. Practic inca nu au restituit sumele de TVA cu toate ca masina s a inregistrat in ROMÂNIA. Pentru acest abuz ne vom adresa politiei economice si judecatorului pentru constatarea .Im acest sens avem mărturie toate discutiile avute pe mail. Nu recomand aceasta firmă!!! Egyelőre nem tudnak mit mondani, majd jeleznek. Két nappal később érdeklődtem mivel jelzés nem érkezett. Az újabb ígéret az volt, hogy másnap hívni fognak. Azóta is csörög a telefonom...
