A 10 év garanciából 5 letelt, az eredeti ár felét 70 e forintot leszámít a cég, ha újonnan vásárolok egy másikat. Ilyet ennyiért már nem gyártanak, így nem tudtam másfél éve lecserélni a matracot. Így fekszünk egy drágán vett halom rugón, és egy kilyukadozott memóriahabos szivacsos huzaton. Oda a deréktámasz, a drágább egészségesebb feeling. Gondolkom a fogyasztóvédelmi hatósági feljelentésen. T	Tamásné Cserháti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Még mindig nem lehet minuszost értékelést adni, pedig ők nagyon megérdemelnék! 20 év alatt 4x vásároltunk tőlük matracot, amivel eddig semmi gond nem volt, most viszont egy szálszakadásos matracot hoztak és 2 hete nem hajlandóak kijönni és kicserélni. Azt állítják mi vágtuk ki a kicsomagoláskor. Csak azt nem tudom a szegély alatt rosszul varrt anyagot, mert innen indul a szakadás, hogy tudtam volna kivágni. Egy biztos többet tőlük nem vásárolunk! És nem ajánlok másoknak sem, egy olyan céget akiknél nem a vevő az első! It is still not possible to give a minuscule rating, although they would deserve it! Az ágy és matrac megrendelésekor 8-10 hét szállítási időt jelöltek meg. 2 hét csúszással 12 hétre sikerül is leszállítani a terméket. Megrendeléskor tisztáztuk hogy a kiszállítás benne van az árban, amelyet ki is fizettünk a bemutatóteremben. Mai napon a szállítók közölték, hogy 10.000 Ft a kiszállítás, amit nekik ki kell fizettenem "ezt mondta a főnök!". Erről az összegről számlát, átvételit, semmi bizonylatot nem kaptam. Sajnos a tetemes csomagolóanyagot hiába kértem, nem vitték el... "Mi ezt nem szoktuk elvinni!" ez volt a válasz. Tehát itt hagyták... Több helyen is lehet kapni a Yatas termékeket, sajnálom, hogy végül itt vettem meg.... I didn’t believe my fellow evaluator before, even though I should have! Unfortunately, I asked for the bulky packaging, it wasn't taken away ... "We don't usually take this!" that was the answer. So they left it here ... You can buy Yatas products in several places, I'm sorry I finally bought it here ....
