Később központi 1220-as számon kapott információ (ami egyértelműen, pontosan volt megfogalmazva) alapján hibásan tájékoztattak az üzletben. Csaj meg ahelyett hogy kiszolgált volna facebookozott, miközben vártak valami sms-t ami vagy 10 percig nem jött meg. Simkártya csere kb 1 perc volt, lehetne erre külön egy pult. Többet ide nem és nem is ajánlom, még csak nem is kedvesek...... I had to wait 30 minutes to change a sim card. only two counters were open and the guy was almost giving life counseling to the young couple, they were well off while the line was just waiting. Chick and instead of being served, he facebooked while waiting for some sms that didn't come for about 10 minutes. Sim card replacement was about 1 minute, there could be a separate counter for this. I don't recommend it here and I don't even recommend it, they are not even kind ......

Mindent részletesen elmagyarázott az új előfizetéssel kapcsolatban. Ezek után, ha tehetném 6 csillagot adnék neki ☺️ A kolléganőjével együtt nagyon profin és gyorsan kezelnek minden ügyet, emellett nagyon kedvesek, segítőkészek, vidámak, nyitottak és együttműködőek ? Egy bonyolultabb dologgal kerestük meg őket, amit lényegre törően és nagyon hatékonyan sikerült megoldaniuk. Nem is kérdés számomra, hogy ezentúl csak ide jövök, ha el kell intézni valamit.
