I couldn’t go in at 19.45 on Friday because they close at 8. But then why isn't it open until 7:45 p.m., when you can go in by then.

Arrogant clerk ... I've experienced this with other yettes. What happens to those who work there? People are 100x calmer than Telekom. One goes away from this whole company for the sake of life ...
