★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aztmondta a kedves értékesítő hölgy, péntek 18:45 perckor, hogy ügyintézés munkaidőben 9:00 -től 17:00 -ig van ami nem igaz, akkor minek vannak nyitva?
Utána átmentem a Miskolc plázába ott kiszolgáltak 5 perc alatt.
The dear sales lady said at 6:45 p.m. on Friday that administration is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. which is not true, then why are they open?
After that I went to the Miskolc mall and they were served there in 5 minutes.

Azt megjegyezném ugyanezt, Budaörsön egy Telenor üzletben minden probléma nélkült el tudtam intézni , ezért feltételeztem, hogy itt sem lesz semmi akadálya .
The expertise in this business is zero, I could also classify the expertise with this, I traveled 50km to handle my case, but here it didn’t work out. Nagyon bunkó minden egyes eladó csak pofákat vágnak lusták is.... egy számcserét akartam erre elküldtek hogy csak az ügyfélszolgálat intézi és díjköteles....átmentem a Plázába kedvesen 5 perc alatt elintézték díjmentesen! Soha többet nem megyek abba a boltba....
A big Zero this shop !!! It is very jerk each and every seller just makes jaws lazy too .... I wanted to change the number so it was only handled by the customer service and it is subject to a fee .... I went to the Plaza kindly in 5 minutes it was arranged free of charge! I will never go to that store again ....
