★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A ma esti eladónak fogalma nem volt a vevőközpontúságról, kelletlenül válaszolt egy kérdésemre. Lehet azért mert egy telefonbeszélgetést kellett miattam megszakítania 1 percre.
Sajnos ebben az üzletben máskor sem vásároltam, inkább átmentem a Duna Plázába mert ott kedvesek, itt viszont ahányszor megpróbáltam kelletlenek és udvariatlanok. Ma próbálkoztam utoljára. Sajnálom, hogy ezt a negatív tapasztalatot kellett megírnom, de itt jó ideje nincs pozitív megnyilvánulás, hiába próbálkoztam többször.
The seller tonight had no idea about customer focus, reluctantly answering one of my questions. Maybe because you had to interrupt a phone call for 1 minute because of me.
Unfortunately, I never bought in this store, I rather went to the Danube Plaza because they are nice there, but here I tried to be reluctant and rude every time. I tried last time today. I’m sorry I had to write this negative experience, but there’s been no positive manifestation here for a long time, despite trying several times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ezt az üzletet még nem ismertem. Udvarias volt a kiszolgálás, de az eladó nem volt túl talpraesett, segítőkész...Máshoz vagyok hozzászokva az Yves Rocher üzletekben.
I haven't known this business yet. The service was polite, but the seller wasn't very well-mannered, helpful ... I'm used to something else at Yves Rocher stores.
