★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A két településrész közötti réten, a Tarna kanyarulatában egy kis magaslat déli végében áll. Távolabb széles sávban máig nádasok kisérik. Ott az építés korában nyílt vízek lehettek, s a mai lapos -nyírt - rét volt akkoriban nádas, mocsaras ingovány, ami védte, rejtette a víz fölé csak pár deciméterrel emelkedő szigetre több szakaszban épített templomot. Kis fantáziával könnyen odaképzelhető az eredeti környezet. A13-15 sz.-i román, majd gótikus épületetet az újkorban is erősen bővítették - aszimetrikusan szélesítették, de belül is őriz néhány középkori részletet.
It stands on the meadow between the two settlements, at the bend of the Tarna, at the southern end of a small hill. Farther wide, it is still accompanied by reeds. There may have been open waters at the time of construction, and today's flat-mowed meadow was a reedy, swampy swamp at the time, which protected and hid a church built in several stages on an island rising only a few decimeters above the water. With a little imagination, it is easy to imagine the original environment. The Romanian and then Gothic building from the 13th to the 15th century was greatly expanded in the modern period as well - it was asymmetrically widened, but it also preserves some medieval details inside.
