I asked if there is a near train Station around (because I dont want to wait for 3 hours for the return journey) and they said there is but the Service is coming in 1 and a half hour and It's not Worth the while so I waited and asked again if the Service is there already and they said I have to wait for another 30 mins. And because of their incompetence I missed my appointment! I waited for 3 hours and missed my appointment!
N	Nikoletta Kovacs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an urgent situation which then turned out to be only a minor issue. I liked the place, very clean and the staff was friendly, especially the doctor. But, one thing really bothered me - they made a panoramic xray for a high price for no reason. When I told them that I have only something on my gum and my teeth are fine because I regularly get a check up and I just recently had an xray done by my own doctor...they still insisted that without an xray they would not even look in my mouth. I think the xray in my case was only used to take extra charges so for that reason I was disappointed. I believe that a doctor can look into the mouth and request an xray but not the other way around....first do an xray and then look into my mouth is weird.

N	Nadja Ortner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great dental practice. Really good customer service and Dr. Görcsi is awesome. Most employees speak English and I think all speak German. Only downside is they don't accept credit card payments, so if you don't want to carry a lot of cash you need to wire payment in advance, which always worked swiftly for me.
А	Алина Полякова on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked Diamant-Dent for a therapy plan for one implant and two crowns They were not very friendly or professional and were not interested in me as a patient. Only in my money. They have a few seats next to a tall brown reception desk next to a window out to the car park and you have to wait there for a long time while people were coming in and out. Upstairs they do surgery and some patients came down back to the small waiting area looking scared and bruised. It looked very painful. I cannot recommend them. I went to another clinic nearby to get better attention.

If patients are unhappy and write a review they are told they don't exist as patients or it is all the patient's fault. That clinic is always right! They don't understand that dental work is all about trust. If they fake reviews their own reviews they destroy the trust. I will not go back to them.
S	SLAVEN LOVRIĆ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a patient, I may talk only in superlatives. From the lobby and receptionists to nurses and doctors - everything was excellent. Friendly staff, nice and calm nurses and patient doctors make this pleasant surroundings extremelly friendly. Cozy furnished building, modern equipment, high qualty materials and very professional and expirienced staff delete each pain and worry. Their care lasts even after the visit, a surgeon called to chech me after the operation, dentists surprise you with their friendly behaviour... Sure, treatmants are not for free, but their approach is priceless. This all creates a feeling of trust and deletes worries and fear of pissible pain. Highly recommended.
