★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Még soha nem csalódtam a Zalaco-ban, a mai napig.
2015. december 19-én telefonon Dobos tortát rendeltem a Kaszaházi üzletből. Rendelésemet elfogadták, 2015.december 24. 12-óráig kellet volna a tortáért mennem.
A mai nap (2015.12.22.) délelőtt (kb. 11.óra körül) telefonon felhívtak, hogy sajnos a rendelésem elkallódott, de helyette,amit nagyon sajnálnak ( a Dobos torta helyett), ha elfogadom Csokoládé tortát vehetek.
Nagyon furcsának találom, ha a rendelésem elveszett, honnét tudják -és hol találták meg hirtelen- a nevemet és a telefonszámomat,és miért nem a megrendelt tortát vásárolhatom meg? Többet nem rendelek semmit a Zalaco-tól, de ismerőseimet is lebeszélem , hogy itt előrendeléssel vásároljanak.
I've never been disappointed in Zalaco to this day.
On December 19, 2015, I ordered a Dobos cake from the Kaszaházi shop by phone. My order was accepted, December 24, 2015 I should have gone for the cake by 12 noon.
Today (22.12.2015) in the morning (about 11am) I was called by phone saying that unfortunately my order was lost, but instead of what I really regret (instead of the Dobos cake) if I accept Chocolate cake.
I find it very strange if my order is lost, where do they know and where my name and phone number are suddenly found, and why can't I buy the cake I ordered? I don't order anything from Zalaco anymore, but I also book my friends to pre-order here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2017.11.10-én vásároltam a Hévíz Erzsébet királyné utcai üzletükben. a kiszolgálás megfelelő lett volna, ha a vásárolni kívánt 2 db burgonyás pogácsa helyett 1 db burgonyás és 1 db tepertős pogácsát kaptam. Nem nagy probléma, de mivel nem nagyon szeretem a tepertőset ennek ellenére elfogyasztottam. Csak egy kis figyelmetlenség történt.
On November 10, 2017, I bought it in their shop on Queen Elizabeth Street in Hévíz. the service would have been adequate if I had received 1 potato and 1 cracker cake instead of the 2 potato cakes I wanted to buy. Not a big deal, but since I don’t really like the crackling, I consumed it anyway. There was just a little carelessness.

You have to wait a lot and the prices are quite high, but the products are delicious.

I usually come here on a daily basis for fresh baked goods. They sell delicious, crisp products at a better price than the chain stores.

A tej termékek kicsit magasabb áron vannak, de magasabb minőségűek is.
Good quality pastries and cakes are relatively inexpensive.
Dairy products are priced a little higher, but they are also of higher quality.
