★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Xmas ball fell when my 9-year-old kid passed by and it broke. It was at the edge of the shelf...They asked for payment, although it was their fault. I think that they are impolite..The price was ridiculously low (2000 Huf=6 euros) and their action just showed bad behaviour. Of course we didn't spent our money there and we preferred other shop departments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aims to be higher category than IKEA or such, it's better in terms of esthetics, variety and sophistication - not necessarily in quality. Still, I've got some special stuff that gives my bedroom a bit of style in addition to the basics :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The products are really nice. The staff is cold and a bit arrogant, as in all Zara's shops in the world. I had a bad experience with a small product but got it refunded with no problems.
