CS. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iskolai tantestületi rendezvény egyik résztvevője előzetesen jelezte, bevinne egy tortát a rendezvényre, amire azt a választ kapta hogy persze, nyugodtan.A Volcz Birtok a tortának, kikészített megfelelő számú evőeszközt. A rendezvény lezajlott, a végén mindenki fizette a számlát és távozott. A tortát hozó kollégát kifelé menet a felszolgáló visszahívta és plusz kb 8000Ft kifizetését kérte. A kolléga értetlenül kérdezte hogy miért. A felszolgáló válasza , ez szervíz díj a torták elfogyasztására használt tányér és villa fejében. A kolléga jelezte hogy az előzetes egyeztetésen erről szó sem volt, így nem kívánja kifizetni. A felszolgáló válasza: "Akkor be lehet menni mosogatni távozás előtt!" A kolléga ekkor kérte hogy beszélni szeretne a Vezetővel. Ez meg is történt. A főnökasszony elnézést kért, vissza akarta adni a pénzt de a kolléga a pénzt otthagyta.... ahogy az erkölcsi-etikai deficit is ott maradt.... One of the participants of the school faculty event indicated in advance that he would bring a cake to the event, to which he was told, of course, calmly. Volcz Estate had prepared a sufficient number of cutlery for the cake. The event was over, in the end everyone paid the bill and left. The waitress who brought the cake on the way out was called back by the waitress and asked for the payment of about 8000 HUF. The colleague asked incomprehensibly why. In response to the waiter, this is a service charge for the plate and fork used to eat the cakes. The colleague indicated that this was not mentioned in the preliminary consultation, so he does not want to pay. The waiter replies, "Then you can go in the dishes before leaving!" The colleague then asked if he wanted to talk to the Leader. That's what happened. The boss apologized, she wanted to give the money back but the colleague left the money .... just as the moral-ethical deficit remained there ....

Erre a helyre egy rossz szót sem lehet szólni :) It's so cozy and beautiful. I can only recommend it to everyone. Unbelievably beautiful. The workers there are nice and very direct, and the dishes are wonderful. You can't say a bad word to this place :)

Visszatèrő vendégek leszünk. It was great every food I haven't eaten so much in a long time. Thank you for the experience. Very tidy quiet environment. There is a four-star tablecloth and service inside. We will be returning guests.

On top of this, the waiters had issues getting our orders in, though they have written everything down, they told us 20 minutes after bringing our foods out, that they failed to input two of our orders into the computer, thus we had to wait an extra 45 minutes (almost over 2.5 hours after we've arrived at this point!) to get the last two orders delivered. The food wasn't bad, the service was terrible, so I can not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to receive quality service.
