Overall, we are happy with our 4 days stay. The hotel is very family friendly, there is a warm kids pool next to the indoor swimming pool, playground next to the restaurant, kids chairs, playroom with toys etc.
I really appreciated the fact that the chef has made vegan dishes for us for dinner (half-board). The dishes weren't exceptional but tasty and varied over the 4 days and way better than steamed vegetables and potatoes like we had at some hotels. So many thanks chef and also to the friendliest waiter called Tamás who always helped and accommodated us with a smile.
The rooms are nice and clean too but I was a bit disappointed how small the suite was. Also the guest bed (pótágy) that my daughter got, broke twice during the stay (slats fell out) and it had rust on its legs that injured my daughter . I do not think that is the quality one would expect for a 4 star hotel especially when you pay for a suite.
I would still recommend this hotel for the overall experience .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is polite, the room was clean and the sauna world with the evening sauna sessions. Extra point for the late night wellness. The location is also nice, the more expensive rooms have a nice view on the lake. Only for stars because the food was not that good as anticipated. It was okay but nothing special.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for three nights. There were two good things about this hotel - the view from the balcony was amazing and the kitchen was great! To the kitchen I would give 5* actually. Delicious.
Spa zone could be better: only 3 saunas (infra sauna, Finn sauna and steam room). The steam room didn’t work well. Staff could be nicer and more professional.
They say that this hotel is 4*Superior, but I doubt it.
Overall we had a good time but we will not come back to this hotel in the future.
