★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Miután megvettem a munkavédelmi cipőt,onnantól fogva nem foglalkoztak velem,nem is segítőkészek! 30.000ft-os puma cipőm,a sarkánál ki szakadt(fél éven belül,bőven garancián belül) és miután kivizsgálásra küldtem( 1 hónap volt mire a cipőt visszakaptam ) azt a választ kaptam, hogy a lábsajátosságom miatt ment tönkre a cipő… A felkeresésemre annyit mondott az ügyfélszolgálatos hölgy akivel beszéltem ez ügyben fennhangon és flegmán kioktatott , hogy nyugodtan forduljak a fogyasztóvédelemhez, úgysem lesz belőle semmi… Amúgy is átlagos lábú emberekre vannak tervezve a cipők . Megkérdeztem ,hogy hol van az leírva ,hogy milyen egy átlagos láb és hol tudják esetleg akkor megmondani ,hogy melyik cipőt érdemes az én lábamra megvenni. Erre a válasz a következő volt “láb sajátosságra nincs garancia” ne zaklassam ilyenekkel… Nem túl fogyasztóbarát véleményem szerint. Nálam nagyon leírták magukat, nem ajánlom sem az oldalukat sem pedig a termékeiket!!!!!
After I bought the safety shoes, they haven’t dealt with me since then, nor are they helpful! My 30,000ft cougar shoes, torn at the heel (within half a year, amply under warranty) and after I sent it for examination (it was 1 month before I got the shoes back) I got the answer that the shoe was ruined due to my foot characteristics said the customer service lady with whom I spoke on this matter out loud and phlegmatically instructed me to calmly turn to consumer protection, it won't be anything anyway… The shoes are designed for people with average legs anyway. I asked where it is described, what an average foot is like and where they can possibly tell you which shoes are worth buying for my feet. The answer to this was “there is no guarantee of foot specificity” do not bother with such… Not very consumer friendly in my opinion. They have very well described themselves, I do not recommend their site or their products !!!!!
