Olcsón vállalta a munkát, és viszonylag időre is érkezett. Ezek az egyetlen jó tulajdonságai. Az ügyfél-kommunikációja hagy maga után kívánni valót. Arrogáns és lekezelő. És sajnos a munkája sem 100as! A munkát úgy vállalta, hogy a kéményt, a beépítési anyagokat és a munkadíjat egyben számolta. Megkértem, hogy hozza el a füstcsövet is, úgy egy kézben van a dolog. Természetesen külön fizetem az árát. Azt mondta, nem kapott. Felhívtam azt a céget, ahol elmondása szerint beszerezte volna, és nekem tudtak volna adni. Ez volt az első hazugság, amin rajtakaptam. Beépített egy 130-as szerelt kéményt, egy 130-as füstcső kivezetésű stparherd-hez. Kívül a kémény és a fal csatlakozásánál rövidebbre sikerült a kémény burkolata vagy 4-5cm-el. Ezt "gyönyörűen" kitapasztotta csemperagasztóval. Okádék! A falon átvezető cső méretet benézte, és nem lehet betenni a 130as füstcsövet, csak egy szűkítővel. Elkért érte +3500 forintot. Mikor megkérdeztem, miért úgy építette be, hogy szükség legyen erre a szűkítőre, alpári hangon elkezdet szitkozódni, hogy "az ő becsülette ennél többet ér!" A kért 3500 forintot átutaltam neki, ennyit ért a becsülete. Bár jobban örültem volna ha a becsülete helyett egy korrekt szolgáltatást kapok. És az embere akit hozott magával, nem járja be az egész lakást. Ott is kutakodik, ahol semmi keresni valója nincs! Tudnék még mit mesélni, de a lényeg, hogy még egyszer nem bíznám meg! Kedves Zilahi Ildikó! Önt nagyon félre tájékoztatták! Feltételezem a céges levelezéshez hozzá fér, ott részletesebben kifejtettem, miért és mivel van problémám. Ha kíváncsi a részletekre, és az igazságra, keressen meg, az elérhetősségeimet ismernie kell. Mi több, szívesen látom a helyszínen is, hogy a munkát megnézze, amit az emberei kiadtak a kezükből. Még a füstcsövezést sem sikerült normálisra, de elszabtak egy majd 10 000 Ft értékű darabot! A füstcsövezést nem "én vállaltam", hanem mert az emberei hazudtak, hogy "nem kaptak füstcsövet", rajtam maradt. És azért "nem tudtam" megcsinálni, mert a falba egy 130-as füstcső fogadására alkalmatlan csövet építettek be! A "szakembereket" azért hívtam, mert egyrészt úgy váltunk el, hogy az a feladat még rájuk vár, másrészt szembesíteni akartam vele, hogy ezt bizony benézték! Az ár, amit az embere (aki egyébként cégtulajdonosként mutatkozott be) kért a szűkítő ára, amit kénytelen volt betenni, hogy csatlakoztatni lehessen a füstcsövet. Az árajánlatban anyag+munkaköltség szerepelt, minden segédanyaggal együtt. Tehát nem elég, hogy hibáztak, még + lenyúltak ilyen pitiáner módon. Mikor megkérdeztem az emberét, hogy miért így csinálták, kritikán aluli, minősíthetetlen módon ecsetelte, hogy az én hibám, mert 120-as füstcsőben egyeztünk meg, és utólagosan lett 130-as. Ami természetesen újabb hazugság, az Ő általa készített ajánlatból kiderül, hogy 130-as füstcsőről volt szó. Ha eljön, szívesen megmutatom a lakás biztonsági rendszerének felvételeit, amiből kiderül, hogy az emberei bizony mászkálnak ott is, ahol semmi keresni valójuk, mitöbb a "segítőt" konkrétan rajta kaptam! Kérdezzék meg tőle nyugodtan! Bár tényleg kifizettem a munkát, nagyon nem vagyok megelégedve Önökkel, és nem ajánlom senkinek a szolgáltatásukat.

When I asked him why he had built it in such a way that this constrictor was needed, he starts cursing in an Alpine voice that "his estimate is worth more than that!" I transferred the requested 3,500 forints to him, that's how much he was worth. Although I would have been happier if I had received a fair service instead of your honor. And the man you brought with you does not go through the whole apartment. He also searches where there is nothing to earn! I could tell you more, but the point is, I wouldn’t trust you again! The price his man (who introduced himself as a business owner by the way) asked for the price of the reducer he was forced to put in to connect the flue. The price included material + labor costs, including all consumables. So it's not enough that they made a mistake, they even + reached out in such a pitiful way. When I asked his man why they did it this way, he brushed off in a non-critical, unqualified way that it was my fault because we agreed on a flue of 120 and it became a 130 afterwards. Which, of course, is another lie, it is clear from the offer He made that it was a 130 chimney. When he comes, I will be happy to show you the recordings of the security system of the apartment, which shows that your people are crawling where there is nothing to look for, more than the "helper" I got on it!
