★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rendkívül sok kellemetlenség után ( követhetetlen, évenként változó szabályok, elérhetetlen irodák, abszurd nyitvatartással) jutottam el veresegyházi ügyfélszolgálatukhoz. A gondjaimat megoldó hölgy, Serfőző Katalin kedvessége, gyorsasága, türelme, egyszóval profizmusa egymaga képes volt ellensúlyozni a fenti kellemetlenségeket. Köszönet érte.
After a lot of inconvenience (untraceable, rules that change from year to year, unavailable offices, with absurd opening hours) I got to their customer service in Roşia Montană.
