Nem elvárható, hogy az utasokat érje kényelmetlenség más utasok járatának késése miatt (ami természetesen óhatatlanul előfordul, pláne a COVID utáni járatsűrűségekkel és a földi kiszolgálók leterheltségével). Így ugyanis ár-érték arányban kritikán aluli a szolgáltatás.
A szerződésben foglaltak szerint maximum 30 perces várakozási idővel rendeltünk zöldtranszfert. Ennek ellenére kora hajnalban közel 60 percet vártunk a reptéren annak érdekében, hogy összevárjuk a többi utast. A folyamat közben semmilyen köztes tájékoztatást nem kaptunk, az egyetlen mondanivaló az volt, hogy várjunk türelemmel, majd szólnak...
