I	Ivett Kovács-Juhász on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem hozza egy 4 csillagos szállodától elvártakat, de ezt az árakból lehet is sejteni. Ennek ellenére megfelelő hely a pihenésre. A szobánk tiszta volt, reggelire és vacsorára is bőséges volt a választék. A dolgozók rendkívül kedvesek, udvariasak és segítőkészek. It doesn't bring what you expect from a 4-star hotel, but you can guess from the prices. Nevertheless, it is a good place to relax. Our room was clean and there was plenty to choose from for breakfast and dinner. The staff are extremely kind, polite and helpful.
J	János Horváth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A családommal 6 éjszakát maradtunk volna de a megérkezésnél is fentakadt a szemem milynek a körülmények. Mint egy rossz,lerugodt kollégium a 80 as évekből. Maradtunk 2 órát és autóba vissza. Vezettem potyára 700 km ert. A csillagokat nem tudom,talán az égről szedték de fogalmuk nincs arról mit kellene nyújtani ezért. Személyzet aranyos volt ,bár próbált úgy csinálni mintha nem tudná mi a gond. Nnna őket sajnálom. Ez így maximális átverés és túlárazás. Nem Zsóry hanem Csóri hotel. My family and I would have stayed for 6 nights but I also had my eyes on the arrival. Like a bad, downtrodden college from the 80s. We stayed for 2 hours and got back in the car. I drove 700 km. I don’t know the stars, maybe they were taken from the sky but they have no idea what to offer for that. The staff was cute, though he tried to pretend he didn’t know what the problem was. I don't feel sorry for them. This is thus maximum scam and overpricing. Not Zsóry but Csóri hotel.
B	Barna Illés on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voltam már a hotelben régebben is, de akkor nekem sem volt a legjobb véleményem róla. Viszont most megszálltam újra a hotelben és nagyon pozitívan csalódtam. A vacsora rendkívül finom volt és a minibár is fel volt töltve :) Szeretném a személyzetet külön kiemelni, mert kedvesek, türelmesek és mindenben az ember rendelkezésére állnak. A szoba tiszta volt és rendezett, persze apróbb dolgokat javítani kellene, de majd fel lesz újítva biztosan. Összességében teljesen pozitív élményekkel távoztam a hotelből, most bárkinek szívesen ajánlanám! I’ve been to the hotel before, but back then I didn’t have the best opinion of it either. However, I just stayed at the hotel again and was very positively disappointed. Dinner was extremely delicious and the minibar was stocked :) I would like to highlight the staff separately because they are kind, patient and available to people in everything. The room was clean and tidy, of course minor things would need to be improved, but it will be refurbished for sure. Overall, I left the hotel with completely positive experiences, now I would recommend it to anyone!
R	Ricsi Novotny on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sajnos utolsópillanatos kapkodós foglalás volt és sajnálom, hogy nem néztük meg a review-kat időben; a Svédasztalos ételek az iskolai menza szintjét sem ütötték meg, A szobák alapvetően “tiszták” voltak, azonban a Teraszon található bútorokra bőven ráférne egy csere, a fehér műanyag székeken nagyobb volt a fekete-szürke rész már. Az egyetlen pozitívként megélt élmény a személyzetnek köszönhető, volt akit 24 órán át láttam talpon, valószínűleg nagyon le vannak terhelve, ennek ellenére is mosolyogva kedvesen és segítőkészen álltak mindig mindenhez. Unfortunately it was a last minute hasty booking and I’m sorry we didn’t look at the reviews in time; the buffet meals did not hit the level of the school canteen either. The only positive experience was due to the staff, there was someone I saw on my feet for 24 hours, they are probably very busy, yet they were always kind and helpful with a smile.
M	Mórahalmi Mónika on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Semmiféleképpen nem üti meg a 4 ☆-os szálloda szintet, de mint kiderült novemberben be fog zárni, így már nem költöttek egy ideje a hotelra. Kívülről is látszik, hogy rendezetlen az udvar, gyerekjátékok szanaszét hevernek. Finn szauna nem működött. Igazából apróságokból adódó hibák miatt az összképet elrontotta, bár a konfortérzetet annyira nem rontotta. Gondolok itt a zuhanykabin ajtajának szétesésére, a lépcsőn lévő szőnyeg feljövérére, melyet darabokkal pótoltak, ágymatrac rugói kissé kezdtek kiállni, néhol lógtak vezetékek, a törölközők széle rojtos volt. De mindezt feledtette az alkalmazottak kedvessége és a finom ételek. Olyan koktélt kértem ami nem is volt az itallapon, mégis megcsinalták. Vasalót kértünk, de inkább kivasalták a ruhát. Remélem felújítják és újra kinyit, nem zár be végleg. It doesn’t hit the 4 szálloda hotel level in any way, but as it turned out it will close in November, so they haven’t spent any more time on the hotel. From the outside, it can be seen that the yard is untidy, children's toys are lying around. Finnish sauna did not work. Actually, it spoiled the overall picture due to flaws caused by trifles, although it didn’t spoil the sense of comfort so much. I am thinking here of the disintegration of the shower cabin door, the rise of the carpet on the stairs, which was replaced with pieces, the mattress springs began to protrude slightly, wires hung in some places, the edges of the towels were fringed. But all this was forgotten by the kindness of the staff and the delicious food. I asked for a cocktail that wasn’t even on the drink sheet, yet they made it. We asked for an iron, but they preferred to iron the clothes. I hope it is refurbished and reopens, not closes permanently.

S	Sarin “Ypertík” Adolf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dinner weak (half hour before the end of the dinner time there were only few meals and even cold), no english translate of meals, dirty tables, (they did not changed tableclothes like in real 4 star hotel), dirty plates, breakfast - missing cups, no english knowledges of waiters, hot inside (aircodition always disabled, I dont know why), in the rooms the aircondition very weak (almost unnoticable), only hungary channels in TV, the bathroom in bad condition (old, but this would not be the worst, mold in gaps, moving toilet plate, broken shower bath). And at the end, during check in you have to find for receptionist. For two stars, OK, three stars with strong reservations, but DEFINITELY not a four stars, the could teach how four stars hotel looks from another hotel in the area.
G	Gabor Lengyel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a real 4-star hotel. Rooms are not cleaned daily and cleanliness is mediocre anyway with some mold in the bathroom and ants in the room. Beds are really bad and worn out. Breakfast and dinner are both very basic. Wifi sometimes doesn't work. The indoor pool is appreciated, a nice feature, but rain falls through the glass ceiling. Really bad value overall as the price range does not reflect the shortcomings.
