A	Authentic Experience on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately this train station doesn’t represent the city quite well. Need lots of renovations and place seems quite congested and packed at rush hours and there are no safety barriers too. It’s really hard to find staffs at the station except in the tickets counter. Located at the side of two big station of city and these one seems left out. Hope authorities will see this one also and give some major updates and renovation.
E	Elias Alberto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ugly railway station, serves well the purposes of boarding/unboarding trains in a reasonably convenient location. Has a self-service ticket machine that doesn't accept cash and coins, just card. Not wheelchair accessible.

T	Tariq Malik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As keleti and nuygati stations are also in the city. Zugló is kind of the area that is best for most of the people. Just one bad thing about it is for not having lift or automatic stairs. Also the in side waiting area is also so small. Most of the time there are so many people want to buy the tickets but there are only 2 customer service Agents handling the customer. And there are only 2 tickets machines mostly one is out of order. And you can only pay by card on machine. So lots of issues. Better to buy tickets online and reach at the station not more than 10 minutes.

K	Kéri Dávid on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What can I say - it is a train station, partially open-air, it does have some kind of an overlay roof and some benches. Expect nothing much and wont be disappointed. It has a toilet, dirty of course and pay-to-use lf course. There is no buffet or refreshments either. You can however buy tickets either at an automat or at a counter with MAV employees helping you.

There are ticket wending automats, a small snack bar selling sandwiches and soft drinks etc., waiting room. The station is almost impossible to approach for handicapped people because of the lack of elevators.
