★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ahogy sok generáció fiatal korának, úgy a mi gyermekkorunk strandja is volt.
Imádtuk a nyarakat ott.
Alig vártuk, hogy ki érjünk, és sziklakövekből gátat építsünk, amivel magasabbra emelhettük a víz szintjét, és evvel valódi strand körülményeket teremtettünk.
 Like many generations of young people, so was the beach of our childhood.
We loved summers there.
We could hardly wait to get out and build a cobblestone barrier to raise the water level and create real beach conditions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Rimának az Eger-csatorna zsilipje előtt rövid szakaszon kikövezett medre. A területet a Vízügyi Igazgatóság munkatársai tartják rendben. A farmosi gyerekek kedvelt fürdőzőhelye, de Lövőről is le lehet menni. Nem mély a víz, és a legnagyobb melegben is kellemes hideg.
A bedrock paved for a short distance in front of the rim of the Eger canal. The area is maintained by the staff of the Water Directorate. It is a popular bathing place for farm children, but you can also go down from Lövő. The water is not deep and it is pleasantly cold even in the greatest heat.
