★ ★ ★ ★ ★ at first the service was good and replaying quickly , once i paid the fees , they barely reply THEN they sent me wrong translation full of mistakes , they even wrote my name wrong which doesn't have to be translated ! and till now they didn't correct it , its been more than 2 weeks !! so bad , not recommended at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most rude, unprofessional and unfriendly service I ever encountered. I just called the company and the person who answered basically shouted at me and closed the phone in my face because I did not know the Hungarian custom of introducing myself by name when calling (I am a foreigner and they are a translation company, I am amazed!)
DO NOT WORK WITH THIS ARROGANT PERSON

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't think you will get a service that is satisfying, they do the translations as they want and if you let them know, this is not exactly what you wanted, they will try to defend themselves and you will be the eternal enemy for being critical. Their customer focus has nothing to do with the customer, when we told them we dont like the result, we have been attacked and they have sent OUR version to the lector instead of checking their own work....come on...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very quick, super nice and professional. I asked for a pricing on Tuesday, got my e-version on Wednesday and the printed version arrived on my mail post on Friday. I can't compare them with other services since this was the first company I approached, however from the first email response, it seems I made a good decision.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a call with this agency, someone, who introduced himself as Tom, was very rude. He was speaking on high tones, and all because I didn’t introduce myself. Quoting his words: “In Hungary we introduce ourselves first, introduce yourself! Whooo is speaking?! Do you understand English?!! You are in Hungary!”
I perfectly know where I am, first of all and he is not the one to point on it out. If I prefer not to introduce myself, that’s my right, unless it is stated by Hungarian law to give introduction. He needs to educate himself first to be more polite with clients. He ruined my day definitely.
