B	Bence Csikos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A szobák tágasak és kényelmesek, a recepción nagyon segítőkészek a hölgyek. Reggelinél a gluténmentesség sem okozott problémát. Sajnos a szobák ára nem tartalmazza a jakuzzi és a szauna használatot, illetve az első emeleti szobába éjszaka hallatszik valami ritmusos gépszerű zúgás ami éjszaka kicsit zavaró. Összességében elégedetten távoztam. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the ladies at the reception are very helpful. Gluten-free breakfast was no problem either. Unfortunately, the use of the jacuzzi and sauna is not included in the price of the rooms, and there is some rhythmic machine-like hum in the first floor room at night, which is a bit disturbing at night. Overall, I left satisfied.
Z	Zoltán Várkonyi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jó. Új, vagy felújított, minden esetre rendben van. Szépek a szobák, a szobákhoz tartozó fürdőszoba. Kedvesek és segítőkészek. A reggeli megéri az árát (svédasztal), finom a kávéjuk. A szaunák jó állapotúak, tiszták (időpontot kell foglalni), a jakuzzi hangulatos (viheted a zenéd, van bluetooth csatlakozási lehetőség), erre is időpontot kell foglalni. Két kritikával élnék. Az egyik ágy a legkisebb mozdulatra is vészesen recsegett (valszeg kedvelt desztináció nászutasoknak...). Az elektromos hálózattal valami gond lehet, mert bárhol az épületben lekapcsoltak egy lámpát, a TV néhány másodpercre elsötétedett egy kattanással nyugtázva azt (lehet, hogy csak az a készülék volt érzékeny). Egyébként Wifi, TV csatornák ok. Jól éreztük magunkat. Ajánlom. Good. New or refurbished, all right. The rooms are nice, the bathroom is in the rooms. They are kind and helpful. Breakfast is worth the price (buffet), their coffee is delicious. The saunas are in good condition, clean (appointments must be made), the jacuzzi is cozy (you can take your music, there is a bluetooth connection option), appointments must be made for this as well. I would like to make two criticisms. One of the beds crackled dangerously for the slightest movement (a popular destination for honeymooners ...). There may be a problem with the electrical outlet, because wherever a lamp was turned off in the building, the TV went dark for a few seconds, acknowledging it with a click (maybe only that device was sensitive). Anyway Wifi, TV channels ok. We had fun. I recommend.

Kétségtelenül lettek többlet szolgáltatások (reggeli, szauna, jacuzzi), ugyanakkor a szobák felújítására nem sokat fordítottak. A fürdőszoba különösen gyenge pontja a helynek: a zuhanyrózsa kért cseréjét 2 nap alatt sem sikerült megoldani, a szobában csatorna szag volt, a WC ülőke hibásan volt rögzítve. Az ágyak jók voltak. El kell dönteni, hogy egy jó színvonalú 3 csillagos hotel a cél, vagy egy "higtech sport" túrista szálló. Egyik sem rossz választás, ha lélekkel van csinálva, de érzésem szerint ez a döntés még nem született meg. Önmagában a hightech sportokkal nem lehet visszatérésre csábítani a vendégeket. A szíves vendéglátáshoz hozzá tartozna szerintem a nagyvonalúság: ha nincs a szauna, jacuzzi befoglalva későbbre, akkor lehessen tovább maradni, különösen ha a vendég a csomagjában foglalt más szolgáltatásokat nem tud vagy akar kihasználni. The place has not changed much since telecom times. Undoubtedly, there were extra services (breakfast, sauna, jacuzzi), but not much was spent on renovating the rooms. The bathroom is a particularly weak point of the place: the requested replacement of the shower rose could not be solved in 2 days, the room smelled of sewers, the toilet seat was incorrectly fixed. The beds were good. You have to decide whether a good quality 3 star hotel is the destination or a "higtech sports" tourist hostel. Neither is a bad choice if it’s done with the soul, but I feel like that decision hasn’t been made yet. High-tech sports alone cannot entice guests to return. In my opinion, generous hospitality would go hand in hand: if there is no sauna and jacuzzi booked later, you can stay longer, especially if the guest is unable or unwilling to take advantage of the other services included in their package.

Congratulations HSB for the nice redesign and for the colorful programmes attached. Food at 4 Évszak Palóc Bistorant is just gorgeous. All services are reliable and high quality! Keep up the level! :)
K	Klaus Reitberger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent a night at this place during my long distance hiking tour on the E4 through Hungary. The room was very clean and comfortable. The scenery was nice. The man at the reception desk spoke adequate English, was very friendly and well informed. There are some shopping and restaurant facilities nearby - but sadly they were all closed on Monday. But the hotel was great and allowed a good night's sleep before climing mount Kekes the next morning.
