Nem tartja be a 3 napos visszavételi jogot, csak ha 3-15 napig bevzsgáltatja az egy napos készüléket, amit a készülék szervíz menüjében 2 perc alatt el lehet végezni, mert egy végtelen egyszerű szoftveres hibával kaptam. Nem kaptam megfelelő tájékoztatást a mobilról telefonon, és a hiba csak otthon derült ki. És mint köztudott a bevizsgálás után bármit ráírhatnak a papírra, pl. hogy beázott az ip 68-as minősítésű telefon, amire a tulaj azt felelte, hogy fél napig is vízben tarthattam. Így az unszinpatikus tulajjal folytatott beszélgetésem után, gondolom 15 napot, várhattam volna a bevizsgálásra, nem 3 napot. És a bevizsgálás után, valószínű találtak volna olyan "hibát", ami miatt nem cserélik. A fogyasztóvédelelmet sajnos nem tudtam elérni. Olyan papírt nem volt hajlandó kiállítani, hogy én 2 napon belül visszavittem, a bontott dobozos készüléket, amiről a hátsó fólia hiányzott, valószínű nem új volt. Az összes unboxing videón volt rajta fólia elől-hátul. Amit én kaptam azon nem. SENKINEK NEM ANÁNLOM A BOLTOT. A telefont áfás számlával nem tudnak adni. Az agresszív tulajjal nem lehet beszélni, mert nagyon elfoglalt. MÉG EGYSZER, SENKINEK NEM AJÁNLOM EZT A BOLTOT!!! Az alkalmazott, viszont udvarias, és megértő volt, csak hát nem Ő a tulaj. Remélem tudtam segíteni, hogy hol vásároljanak. Köszönöm, hogy elolvasták. Üdvözletem. It is rude and outrageous as the owner speaks to the man. It does not respect the 3-day right of return unless you test the one-day device for 3-15 days, which can be done in the device's service menu in 2 minutes, because I got it with an infinitely simple software error. I didn’t get proper information from my mobile phone and the error only came out at home. And as is well known after the test, anything can be written on the paper, e.g. that the ip 68-rated phone was soaked, to which the owner replied that I could keep it in the water for half a day. So after my conversation with the unsynthetic owner, I think 15 days, I could have waited for the examination, not 3 days. And after testing, they probably would have found a "bug" that caused them not to be replaced. Unfortunately, I could not achieve consumer protection. He refused to issue a paper that I took back within 2 days, the disassembled boxed device that was missing the back foil was probably not new. All the unboxing videos had foil on the front and back. What I got is not. I DON'T RECOMMEND THE STORE TO ANYONE. The phone cannot be given with a VAT bill. You can’t talk to the aggressive owner because he’s very busy.
