Korábban megjött a termék (2nap alatt). Telefonon ismét kerestek és egyeztettünk. Pénteken délben érkeztem. Profi segítőkész kiszolgálás (úgy éreztem mintha az eladó is aggódna, nehogy megsérüljön a készülék, fizetés után közösen bontottuk ki). Emberi gesztusok, figyelem. Több eszközt (iPhone, iPad) vásároltam itt, mindig profi! Köszi hogy még jobb lett az amúgy is várva-várt átvétel. (nem mindennap vesz az ember egy 12,9-es iPad Pro M1-et) On October 29-29, 2021, I bought an iPad pro from them. Online order with store receipt. They searched by phone immediately, informing them of their expected arrival. The product arrived earlier (in 2 days). They searched on the phone again and we agreed. I arrived at noon on Friday. Professional helpful service (I felt like the seller was worried that the device wouldn't be damaged, we unpacked it together after payment). Human gestures, attention. I bought several devices (iPhone, iPad) here, always professional! Thanks to the already long-awaited reception. (you don't buy a 12.9 iPad Pro M1 every day)

M	Mónika Bélikné Nagy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Felháborító ami velünk történt és ahogy eljártak a budapesti üzletükben. 2021 szeptember 24. én vásároltunk egy Ipad Air 4. 2020 készüléket 195.000- foritért , de végül más készülék mellett döntöttünk. 2 ! munkanapon belül vissza vittük az oldalukon felkínált /14 nap/ lehetőséggel élve. A számlánk céges névre lett kérve . Különböző kifogásokat keresve : céges számlára való vásárlás esetén nem veszik vissza a készülék , illetve szervizbe akarták küldeni átnézetni, valamint használt készülék árbában akarták visszafizetni a teljes ár 195.000 Ft hejett. Hozzáteszem megoldodott de nem az üzlet jóvoltából. Onnan a géppel a kezünkben távoztunk. What was outrageous about what happened to us and how they did their business in Budapest. On September 24, 2021, I bought one Ipad Air 4. 2020 for 195,000 forints, but in the end we decided on another device. 2! We took it back within one working day, using the option offered on their site (14 days). Our invoice has been requested for a company name. Looking for different excuses: the device will not be refunded if purchased on a company account, or they wanted to send it to a service center for a review, and they wanted to pay back the total price of 195,000 HUF in the price of a used device. I would add resolved but not courtesy of the deal. From there we left the plane in our hands.

Ahogy beérkezett a rendelésem, már aznap felvették velem a kapcsolatot e-mailben és telefonon is, hogy tájékoztassanak a várható érkezésről. Rendeltem hozzá üvegfóliát is és még azt is rárakták az órára. Tehát összességében bátran merem ajánlani őket mindenkinek! I ordered a HUAWEI WATCH GT 2 smartwatch from them and everything went perfectly. As soon as I received my order, I was contacted by email and phone that day to let me know about my expected arrival. I also assigned glass foil to it and even put it on the watch. So overall, I dare to recommend them to everyone!
