VACANZA ROVINATA PERCHE 'AVEVAMO PATTUITO UN APPARTAMENTO AD UN CERTO INDIRIZZO PER 8 POSTI NOI ERAVAMO IN 6 MA SAPENDO CHE DI SOLITO GLI SPAZI SONO LIMITATI LO ABBIAMO PRESO PIU' GRANDE. IL GIORNO PRIMA CE LO HANNO CAMBIATO CHIEDENDO SPIEGAZIONI CI HANNO DETTO CHE L'ALTRO AVEVA AVUTO UN GUASTO MA CI HANNO GARANTITO CHE QUESTO AVEVA LE STESSE CARATTERISTICHE NON ERA VERO PER NIENTE MOLTO PIU' PICCOLO E CON UN BAGNO SOLO LA STOVIGLIERIA MINIMA NEMMENO COLTELLO E FORCHETTA PER 6 PERSONE ADDIRITTURA 5 SEDIE CALDAIA SEMPRE IN BLOCCO ED E' INUTILE LAMENTARSI TANTO I SOLDI LI PRENDONO SU BOOKING AL MOMENTO DELLA PRENOTAZIONE NON RIMBORSABILE TUTTE SCUSE QUANDO ORMAI TI HANNO FREGATO!!!!
RUINED VACATION BECAUSE WE HAD A LITTLE APARTMENT TO A CERTAIN ADDRESS FOR 8 PEOPLE WE WERE IN 6 BUT I KNOW THAT THERE ONLY THE SPACES ARE LIMITED WE TAKEN IT MORE LARGE. THE FIRST CE DAY HAS CHANGED IT AS THEY SUGGESTED THAT THE OTHER WAS HAD A FAILURE BUT WE GUARANTEED THAT THIS HAD THE SAME CHARACTERISTICS IT WAS NOT TRUE FOR ANYTHING MUCH MORE SMALL AND WITH A BATHROOM ONLY THE MINIMAL TABLE KNIFE AND FORK FOR 6 PEOPLE ADDIRITTING 5 BOILER CHAIRS ALWAYS IN BLOCK AND IT IS USELY LAMENT TO MAKE THE MONEY TAKE THEM ON BOOKING AT THE MOMENT OF THE NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING ALL EXCUSES WHEN YOU GET READY !!!

Reservamos por 5 días un grupo familiar y nuestra estancia no ha podido ir peor, jamás nos había pasado algo similar y tan poco serio. Tienen varios apartamentos, nosotros pagamos por uno más grande (de 3 habitaciones) y por lo tanto de un precio superior situado en Calle Nador. Al llegar allí nos comunican que nos van a dar otro apartamento situado en otro lugar, Parlamento Kalman, no ponemos pegas pese a que este tiene solamente 2 habitaciones, llegamos allí y nos adaptamos. Empezamos a ver que las persianas no funcionaban, que estaba caída la ducha, del váter se salía el agua, las luces de las habitaciones no iban y aún así no nos quejamos en ningún momento hasta que por la noche empezamos a ver montones de cucarachas correr por todo el apartamento, donde teníamos las maletas, la cocina, todo. Ahí ya contactamos con ellos y pedimos el cambio de apartamento al que nosotros habíamos reservado, ya que era más grande y habíamos pagado por ello. Nos dicen que no puede ser y nos cambian a otro aún más pequeño, donde el sofá no podíamos sentarnos porque estaba roto, la lavadora empezó a salir agua por todos lados y tuvimos que recogerla con cubos. A todo esto, perdimos mucho tiempo para poder comunicarnos con ellos, para que nos trajeran las nuevas llaves para cambiarnos de apartamento, etc. Lógicamente pedimos al menos el reembolso de la diferencia de un apartamento de 3 habitaciones por el que habíamos pagado y por lo que nos habían dado uno pequeño, y su contestación fué que eso no podía ser posible.
We booked a family group for 5 days and our stay could not have gone worse, something similar and so unserious had never happened to us before. They have several apartments, we pay for a larger one (of 3 rooms) and therefore of a higher price located in Calle Nador. When we get there they tell us that they are going to give us another apartment located in another place, Kalman Parliament, we do not complain despite the fact that it only has 2 rooms, we got there and we adapted. We started to see that the blinds did not work, that the shower was down, the toilet left the water, the lights in the rooms did not go and still we did not complain at any time until at night we started to see lots of cockroaches running Throughout the apartment, where we had the suitcases, the kitchen, everything. There we already contacted them and asked for the change of apartment to which we had reserved, since it was bigger and we had paid for it. They tell us that it can not be and they change us to an even smaller one, where the sofa we could not sit because it was broken, the washing machine started to water everywhere and we had to pick it up with cubes. To all this, we lost a lot of time to communicate with them, to bring us the new keys to change apartments, etc. Logically we asked at least for the refund of the difference of a 3-room apartment for which we had paid and for what they had given us a small one, and their answer was that this could not be possible.

Unser Apartment lag sehr zentral in einer ruhigen Seitengasse an der Donau. Fußläufig konnten wir einige sehnswürdigkeiten erkunden, wie zum Beispiel die Kettenbrücke die in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar war. Zu dem Apartment selbst ist zu sagen das es für einen Aufenthalt eigentlich sehr schön ist, jedoch einige Reparaturen ausstehen. An den Wänden löst sich langsam der Putz ab und die Schränke fallen beim Öffnen einem entgegen. Schade den sonst hätte das Apartment einen schönen Charme. Kleine Kaffees und Restaurants befanden sich in der Nähe. Sowie die Stationen für die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel.
Our apartment was very centrally located in a quiet side street on the Danube. We were able to explore some places of interest on foot, such as the Chain Bridge, which was only a few minutes' walk away. The apartment itself is to say that it is actually very nice for a stay, but some repairs are pending. The plaster is slowly peeling off the walls and the cupboards fall towards you when you open them. Too bad otherwise the apartment would have a nice charm. Small cafes and restaurants were nearby. As well as the stations for public transport.

Buongiorno, sono la signora che ha diviso la casa col Signor Narduzzi. Tengo a precisare che riguardo al cambio della casa, ci era stata inviata una mail dove era indicato un bagno in meno, senza però alcun riferimento alla metratura in meno(mancavano 30m). Ci siamo adattati anche alle scarse attrezzature della casa(mancavano le sedie e le posate, altro che lavastoviglie che invece avevamo pagato nell'altra casa) e non ci siamo lamentati perchè era un viaggio organizzato, con visite programmate e non avevamo di certo il tempo per spostarci con le valige da una casa all'altra. Credo però che al rientro sia lecito lamentarsi. Sono 10 anni che viaggio con Booking e ho sempre scritto recensioni positive. Stavolta è andata male, anche perchè non capisco per quale motivo tra tutte le case di A.C. Holiday Apartament presenti su Booking ce ne sia stata affidata una non presente sul sito. Come mai non avete avvertito Booking di questo cambiamento? Gliel'ho comunicato io.Loro non erano stati avvisati.Siamo stati stati turisti...molto tolleranti, concedeteci almeno di lamentarci dicendo tra l'altro il vero.Distinti saluti.
Good morning, I am the lady who shared the house with Mr. Narduzzi. I would like to clarify that with regards to the change of the house, an e-mail was sent to us where a bathroom in less was indicated, but without any reference to the size in less (30m was missing). We also adapted to the poor equipment of the house (there were no chairs and cutlery, nothing but a dishwasher that we had paid for in the other house) and we didn't complain because it was an organized trip, with scheduled visits and we certainly didn't have the time to move with suitcases from one house to another. I believe, however, that it is legitimate to complain when I return. I have been traveling with Booking for 10 years and have always written positive reviews. This time it went wrong, also because I do not understand why among all the houses of A.C. Holiday Apartaments present on Booking have been entrusted with one not present on the site. Why didn't you warn Booking of this change? I communicated it to them. They had not been warned. We have been tourists ... very tolerant, at least let us complain saying among other things the truth. Service from The apartment is too bad, No hot water supply, no cleaning, no heating working and it was my first day of check in and when i call for the same they says person is not available and the cant fix the issue. and rather than fixing the issue they ask u so many questions and in the last they say they cant fix it now, horrible service,
