★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a scam. Nobody answers the phone. The waiter near by told us that he sees people all the time standing by the place and nowhere to get in. Hotel that we found around the corner told us that they hear about this place being a scam. Stay away from it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give the place -1 stars. Honestly the worst business ever. The place has no actual receptionist or correspondent. When we arrived there was no one there to give us our keys or guide us to the apartment. When we called them they would not answer their phone. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Everyone in the area criticised it. Had to book another apartment in the end... Corvin Center Suites saved us!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a terrible experience here. Rude host who will surprise you on arrival by demanding an extra 33 Euro cleaning fee and city tax. My booking confirmation said the city tax was already paid. I ended up finding somewhere else to stay. Avoid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE! The owner / manager of this apartment is a crook and a fraudster. We booked two nights stay here and TOM, the manager / owner said we could check in after 1am and asked us to call the hotel upon arrival but he then had the phone switched off. He then claimed that there was a no show and refused a refund! There are many other reviews on the internet with similar reviews which we only read after the event! So please be warned about this accommodation and the crook owner /manager.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scammed. Booked the room for one night, when I called them yesterday I check in, they told me they were already booked and refused check in. They took the money and refuse to refund it. STAY AWAY!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BE CAREFUL !!! This is a HUGE FRAUD !!! He is a THIEF and a great scammer !!! He uses the same modus operandi to scam people!!! you arrive at the place and he doesn't answer the calls, then he tells (in my case) Hotels.com that we didn't want to pay the fee so he could have an excuse to steal our money!!! in other cases it says that people did not show up!!! What bothers me the most is that the naive people at Hotels.com are so responsible for not finding out who is published on their website! Just read the other comments a bit! Apparently this type of fraud is very common in Budapest! I feel sorry for that country, but I will never return to a country that does not defend or help tourists!!! DISAPPOINTED OF EVERYTHING HAPPENED!!! I hope this help and doesn’t happen to you !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a scam hotel I paid for two nights called them to get the keys etc then Lenard Hoffmann said it was overbooked. He said we will refund. However Tom the scam artist manager said we were a no show would not get refund. Very simple I recorded the message and have sent to my lawyer who will now sue the hotel. F..k them they deserve to get sued total scam artists.
