A kiérkező szakember megállapította, az elemeket ki tudja cserélni, de az nem lesz tartós, mert a redőnyt felszerelő korábbi csapat nem jól párosította össze a redőnyt és tokozatot.
A végleges megoldáshoz redőnycserét javasolt, amihez árajánlatot is adott.
A redőnyt megrendelték, majd egy hét eltelte után jelezték, hogy 10 perc múlva itt vannak és elvégzik a cserét.
A műveletet két összeszokott szakember végezte, minimális koszolással, szinte villámgyorsan.
A redőny természetesen most már hangtalanul és pontosan mozog = TÖKÉLETES!

Several items came off our shutters in a near position when we asked for help.
The outgoing specialist has determined he can replace the batteries, but it won’t be durable because the previous team that installed the shutters didn’t pair the shutters and enclosure well.
For the final solution, he suggested replacing the shutters, for which he also gave a quote.
The shutters were ordered and after a week it was indicated that they would be here in 10 minutes and they would be replaced.
The operation was performed by two familiar professionals, with minimal soiling, almost lightning fast.
The shutter, of course, now moves silently and accurately = PERFECT!
