We would stay here again. Very clean rooms, super staff! Restaurant was great food and the breakfast buffet was delicious

The hotel has a good rooms, just enough for a quick travel. The main area where they need to improve is the service... the personnel is not always polite. Please improve this.

Very old fashioned hotel, staff minimally pleasant. Room decent size, very old fashioned. Air con very weak for a hot country. Beds pretty comfortable, though twin beds in a double room is never great. Location not great. Would always stay in Ibis when there's room. Also the airport transfer was some crazy agressive driving by an agitated guy...!

Big hotel, seems to have been nice some time ago but now is not really taken care of. Seems a bit empty, maybe understaffed. Biggest problem, it’s not clean. Entering the room to a used toilet smell, even if the ‘sanitized’ label was on the toilet, it was definitely not cleaned up. At least three rooms that we rented were kind of dirty, with spotted towels and sheets. The glasses at the bar were not that clean, as well the tables didn’t seem to be cleaned up after use, maybe only slightly wiped. The breakfast was ok.

The reception staff went above and beyond to make our stay an excellent one. The breakfast buffet was good, rooms were nice and comfortable and the shuttle bus service was very convenient. Highly recommended for the price, service and location.

This was one of the worst hotels I've stayed in. It was very similar to a motel 6. I am really confused about the four star rating. The room smelled. It did not have air conditioner as promised. Instead, they had the heat on....it was hot outside! We couldn't sleep in the smelly stuffy room, so we opened the window. It didn't help much and I got no sleep because of all the noise outside, so now I feel awful. I now have to fly for 16 hours feeling like I've been run over by a bus. The bathroom was a special sort of awful.There was something smeared on the wall near the toilet paper. The shower door doesn't close properly and the shower head is so calcified hardly any water comes out. Then, I tried to use the hairdryer and it almost shocked me. It blew out and stopped working, so I had to go to breakfast with wet hair. The breakfast tasted funny, especially the egg dishes. The coffee had a fishy flavor. Oh and to top it all off, this place was 87 euro for one night! It really should be $20. Will definitely never stay there again. The shuttle was full so I had to sit squeezed between two people in a small van with a man driving while on the phone. Please set expectations low if you decide to stay here.

Very fast airport shuttle service (plus free too!). We called the reception after getting the luggage from the belt, the car arrived to pick us up (at 3am) as soon as we walked to the meet up point! The rooms were clean, there were towels and shampoo. Enough for a night's sleep before transiting to another city. The hotel is ancient, at least from the 60s. The furniture reflected that.

Very tasty food at dinner. Breakfast - standard for hotels. Rooms are not 4 star- they are equipped with mini bar, toiletries, kettle, tea and instant coffee (as per 4 star), however rooms need updating, wall painting and refreshing, carpet needs dry cleaning and regular window washing in particular. Reception personnel very approachable and friendly, efficient. Laundry service was quick and satisfactory. Restaurant staff very pleasant. Shuttle from the hotel to the airport ordered at the particular time was running 12 minutes late. All in all it was a pleasant stay but space ( rooms in particular) need sprucing up.
