★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pas eu l'occasion d'y séjourner. Sur ma réservation j'ai précisé une arrivée tardive et demandé les consignes. D'après le site, en cas d'arrivée tardive il faut prévenir 24h00 avant. Plusieurs jours après je n'ai aucune réponse à mon mail et ça ne répond pas au téléphone. Je n'ose pas imaginer comment ça se serait passé si j'étais arrivé à Budapest avec mes deux enfants à 23h00. Je serais probablement à la rue. J'ai préféré annuler.
 Didn't have the opportunity to stay there. On my reservation I specified a late arrival and asked for instructions. According to the site, in case of late arrival you must notify 24 hours before. Several days later I have no response to my email and it does not answer the phone. I dare not imagine how it would have been if I had arrived in Budapest with my two children at 23:00. I would probably be on the street. I preferred to cancel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great for short stays when coming of the airport, although it has a bit of a poormans vibe we where really surprised by the rooms, clean, neat and tidy. Shower wasn't the best but was also spotless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and large rooms at affordable price. They don't have reception so you'll have to announnce time of your arrival. They accept credit cards and are very friendly and open to help you. Part of it is currently under construction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In connection with the Microstore Airport Panzio hotel, I booked an online room that cost me 31.57 euros, when I arrived at that location the lady told me that I had not made any transfer and kicked me out, the page on which I I was left with the exact address and the hotel, I was left without that amount and without a room. I do not recommend it to anyone and it completely lacks common sense and education.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Under the terms and conditions of this place they give check-in hours. It says that if you'll arrive outside of their hours you should give 24 hours notice. I did that. I didn't get any response and arrived at 10:30 pm in advance of an early morning flight. I tried many times to call, even hotels.com called them but no answer and nobody there at the property. I waited until after midnight and was forced to sleep in my car in minus 4 centigrade weather.
No apology nothing. When I disputed the charge for the small amount of $41.90 they refused to refund it. I wish I could rate minus 4 stars as this was the worst travel experience of my lifetime. This place should be avoided at all cost!!
