I ordered a tarsal a week ago, but I didn't get anything except the automatic answer. They don't pick up the phone either. Good at the store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nagyon cuki új kis bolt kedves eladóval, rengeteg kicsiknek való menő játékkal. Jobbra balra egy-egy szuper zöldségessel és egy házi sajtkészítő bolttal, szemben a felújított csodás parkkal. Az utcában parkolni is lehet.
Very cute new little shop with a nice seller, lots of cool toys for the little ones. Right to left with a super greengrocer and a homemade cheese shop opposite the beautiful renovated park. You can also park on the street.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A telefont egyszer vették fel a rendelés után egy héttel, akkor ígéretet kaptam, hogy a megrendelt termékek egy részét feladják a GLS futárral, ami azóta sem érkezett meg. E-mail és telefonos megkeresésre már senki sem válaszol. Nem ajánlom!
The phone was picked up once a week after ordering, then I was promised to ship some of the ordered products by GLS courier, which has not arrived since. No one answers email and phone inquiries anymore. I do not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sajnos mi is hasonlóképp jártunk, ahogyan a néhány napokban megjelent rossz értékelés szerzője: a rendelés leadása után napokig csupán az első visszaigazoló e-mailt kaptuk meg, telefonon pedig az első 2-3 próbálkozásra nem sikerült felvenni a bolttal a kapcsolatot.
Amint azonban visszahívtak, a segítőkész ügyintéző révén megtudtuk, hogy technikai hiba és a megrendelt termék gyártójának nehézségei együtt okozták a nehézséget. Így szerencsére még időben sikerült módosítani a rendelést.
Unfortunately, we did the same as the author of the bad review that appeared in a few days: we only received the first confirmation email for days after placing the order, and we were unable to contact the store by phone for the first 2-3 attempts.
However, as soon as they were called back, we learned through the helpful clerk that the technical error and the difficulties of the manufacturer of the ordered product together caused the difficulty. So luckily we managed to modify the order in time.
