Amúgy ez olyan, hogy beszerelnek félig egy nejlonzsákba, és miközben fekszel és filmezel bicajozol, és izzadsz az infra melegtől, nem kicsit, nagyon. Közben megiszol majd két liter vizet. És Andi mindenben segít. És van egy csomó jó hatása, feltéve ha rendszeresen csinálod. 8km lement, meg 810kcal.
