★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favourite grocery places. Best for quick shopping and they have a wide selection. Price is reasonable, good quality, tasty products. They have a great selection of specialty foods: international kitchen, gluten free, lactose/dairy free products. Specialty products are scattered between the sections. eg. cereals, snacks, cold cuts etc. They even have gluten free fish sticks, chicken fingers, meatballs and ice cream cakes in the frozen section. Don't be afraid to try the cheaper/own brands (Milfina dairy products, EFEF cold cuts, Vital fruits juices. SPECIALTY/ALLERGEN FREE products are marked with a green "Enjoy Free". Enjoy your shopping :)
