Végül több, mint egy órát álltunk a hidegben, ötször hívtam őket, mindig az volt a válasz, hogy mindjárt itt vannak. 20:15-kor mondtam le, inkább ismerősnél aludtunk. Amikor hívtam őket, hogy lemondom, mert egy órát vártunk már, csak nyökögés és egy "oké" volt a válasz, semmi bocsánatkérés. Egyértelműen nem ajánlom senkinek. I called them in the morning to book a driver in time for 19:15 in the evening to get home before 8pm even because of the curfew (it’s a 15-minute ride). Eventually we stood in the cold for over an hour, I called them five times, the answer was always that they were right here. I canceled at 20:15, we slept with a friend. When I called them to resign because we had been waiting for an hour, there was just a moan and an “okay” answer, no apologies. I definitely don't recommend it to anyone.

Újabb 15percet mondtak. 2: 00- kor meguntam a várakozást, felhívtam őket, hogy lemondjam. Akkor gyors visszahívást igért, ami pár perc múlva meg is történt. Újabb 6-8 perc!!!! Mert messziről jönnek! 2:24 - kor meg is érkeztek! Nem ajánlom senkinek, nem megbízható, sőt még flegma is. "Ha fázunk miért nem ülünk be az autóba" Azért barátom, mert 20percet mondtak és nem 76percet! Szegény autó "bőgőtt" egész úton, mert 3.sebesség felett már nincs élet! Számlát meg majd a szomszéd ad a szolgáltatásról! Botrány! A nevüket inkább írják át szpatószolgálatra!!!!! We called the chauffeur service at 1.18 at night, then they said 20 minutes. Hát még kb. negyed óra. Jó. Vártunk... Eltelt negyed óra, sehol senki.... Taxival, de még BKV-vl is otthon lettünk volna már. Ismét telefonáltam, türelmetlenül várunk, most mi lesz. Mindjárt visszahívnak, nem tudja mi van a sofőrrel.... eltelt újabb 10 perc, nem hívott vissza. Megint hívtam, és a központos a mi telefonunkba kihangosítva ordibált a sofőrrel. Ekkor már összesen másfél órája várakoztunk, 15-20 perc múlva kijárási tilalom. Ezért ennél a pontnál letettük a telefont és hívtunk egy taxit. Utána azért még képesek voltak egész éjszaka hívogatni. Ez egy vicc, nem szolgáltatás. Hogy gondolják, hogy ezért még fizetni is fogunk? Vagy hogy megvárjuk őket türelmesen hajnalig, a hidegben. Nem is értem komolyan. Megbízhatatlan, kókler banda, senki ne hívja őket, ha valaha haza szeretne érni. When I called at 22:18, they promised a 40-minute arrival. At that time we had been waiting for a total of an hour and a half, after 15-20 minutes there was a curfew. So at this point we hung up the phone and called a taxi. After that, they were still able to call all night. This is a joke, not a service. How do they think we will even pay for it? Or to wait for them patiently until dawn, in the cold. I don't mean it. Unreliable, clamor gang, no one should call them if you ever want to get home.

Nem hívtak minket, hogy tájékoztassanak merre jár a sofőr (magáról a késés tényéről sem informáltak minket, csak mikor 45 perc után mi felhívtuk őket, mi a helyzet a fél óra max. 40 percre ígért szolgáltatással). Nekünk kellett hívogatni őket folyamatosan, és sokszor nem vették fel. Sajnos így 1 csillagra kell értékelnem a szolgáltatást.
