Pontosak és precízek. Illetve a tudat, hogy egy magyar vállalkozást támogatsz egy-egy megrendeléssel, szerintem szuper dolog. Csak jókat tudok írni Róluk, bárkinek merem őket ajánlani! They make really unique and beautiful ceramics. I have chosen them several times to make a wedding gift, I have always been satisfied with their work. Accurate and precise. Or the knowledge that you are supporting a Hungarian company with an order is a great thing in my opinion. I can only write good things about them, I dare to recommend them to anyone!

Végül, amikor már más panaszosok is nekem írtak a facebook-os kommentem nyomán, hasonló tapasztalatokról beszámolva, kaptam 2 terméket a megrendelt 1 helyett. Very poor customer service, no feedback was given on whether the product was ready by the requested date. Then I was not responded to my repeated requests. Finally, when other complainants had already written to me following my Facebook comment, reporting similar experiences, I received 2 products instead of the 1 I ordered.
