Őszintén ajánlom mindazoknak, akik nem óhajtanak hetekig húzódó, kínkeserves, fogatlan macerát. Vigyázat, a főorvosnál nincs kecmec! Könnyes költői búskomorsággal átitatott részvétet ne várjunk, a főorvos egy virgonc tréfával mérsékelte pánik rémületemet. Engem Dr. Gulyás Dóra gondjaira bízott, aki - ha nem lenne kiváló szakember, lélekgyógyítónak is megállná a helyét. És arany keze van! Gyávaságból fakadó hanyagságom miatt egy éve húzódó, s egyre súlyosbodó problémámat két nap alatt letettem itt, az Alföldi Dental székben. Becsülettel mondom, megérte ide jönni!

Minden létező fogászati szolgáltatással bírnak! Udvariasak, kedvesek! Betartanak minden létező szabályt Covid ügyben.? Van garancia! ?

Röviden. Profik és nagyon népszerüek. Ha gondod van, minél előbb kérj időpontott (ne húzd tovább) és időben érkezzél. Igen lehet, hogy várni kell, akkár több órát hiába időpontra mentél, mert ők is belefuthatnak egy-egy sürgős és bonyolúltabb esetbe. Mikor már sorra kerültél akkor érted meg miért kellet vári és onnan kezdve nekem a mennyország volt. Pár perc alatt röntgen, elemzés, kezelési javaslat, kezelés és már mehetem is. Az ár? Összeségében "ár érték arányában" jó. Nem küldözgettek jobbra balra. Helyben mindent tudtam rendezni. A vírus helyzetet is kitünően kezelik.

Maximálisan megvagyok elégedve velük. A hely tiszta és nagyon rendezett, télen is kellemesen meleg. Az ellátás maximális. Figyelmesek, kedvesek. Nekem már volt fogkő leszedesem és fogtömes. Nagyon jó volt mindkettő. Nagyon kedvesek az orvosok is. Ha bármi van, azonnal segítenek. Nem úgy ültem be egyszer sem a fogorvosi székbe, hogy izgultam vagy féltem, hanem hogy minden rendben lesz. Ajánlani tudom mindenkinek.

Régi motorosként járok vissza, mert a rendelő nagystílű, tiszta, az orvosi munka jól szervezett és a szorongó páciensek pszichés támogatása magas szintű :) Legutóbb a bölcsességfogamat hagytam ott, fájdalom nélkül, gyors és panaszmentes gyógyulással. Köszönöm, és jó szívvel ajánlom a fiatalokkal frissülő, nagytapasztalatú csapatot!

The ultimate rip-off. Where the customer's interests are grossly overshadowed by the greed of the office to increase its profit at the clients' expense. My story: I visited the office to have a filling replaced which had been in place for four-five years and has barely moved. When I had questions and doubts about the form I was to sign, I was told in an impatient and fairly unfriendly way that I had no other option but to sign it as it is. This obviously shows a lack of flexibility and disinterest in the patient’s opinion. Against my better judgement I signed it wanting to get over the whole procedure. Following this I still did not receive any personal attention or information on the expected procedures or the costs involved but I was rushed into the X-ray machine with no preliminary checking. This was followed by a two-three minute examination of the tooth in question after which the dentist declared that the tooth could not be refilled. I would like to emphasise that this tooth has since been refilled with no complications whatsoever. Moreover, the practice of the office shows that, although they based their decision on the brief examination of the tooth, they still performed a test which was unnecessary and cost money. This seems to be similar to the practice of the surgery which orders a full blood test and perhaps even a brain scan in the patient's interest, even if they have popped in with a sprained ankle. I must admit that I was not ripped off with a large sum but, based on my experience, I do maintain my position that the first priority of the office is not the interest of the patient and that such an approach is a big time rip-off.

I come from the US to get extensive dental work done here for the past 2 years. Dr.Alfoldi is an excellent dentist and oversees all of the work done by his associates who are also good. You might want to know that English is not extensive, but enough to have no problem doing work. It is a large office with several chairs so not what I am used to, however, it is professional and clean. The work is very high quality and the prices are reasonable or even inexpensive is you are coming from the States. I highly recommend.

I have been coming here for almost 9 years. Even since I have moved abroad I keep coming back as I trust them whole heartedly. They had dealt with some big issues with my teeth (when I lost my teeth during a bike accident and very recently they had to remove a cyst) and were always very quick and accommodating as they know I usually don’t have much time in Hungary when I am visiting my family. Prices are a lot cheaper than in the UK and I trust them that I will get a good work done by them. The atmosphere is also nice and friendly. You never need to wait to long for your appointment in the waiting room. I can whole heartedly recommend them to anyone.
