★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a Macbook Pro from your local distributor (CO2Y33009JHC8) and the product has a manufacturing fault.
Any time I connect a device with official apple accessories to HDMI it is freezing.
I contacted your local service partner several times via phone, and also the technical support of Apple they never could fix it right, and manufacturer fault caused the same problem again.
Last week I had a very important presentation for my client, and the computer crashed again, and I had to stop the presentation and leave the meeting room because of this. Now it the 3rd time they would like to replace motherrparts in last 2 years, but the pronlem is still existing.

Surprisingly great service orchestrated by Mr. Gergely Durucz! I've received an entire new screen and keys replacements about a month ago. After I pursued and contacted Cupertino for a faulty ribbon cable to the screen for my 15" 2017 MacBook Pro, Apple issued an authorization to Almárium-Pro Apple Szerviz to complete the jobs at no charge. It is like a $795 (or 230,000 HUF) job! Well done guys....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was a factory recall for the screen of my MacBook Pro. They said, it will take 10-15 days to repair it, and they did it in 4 days. I tried previously to have the screen repaired at iStyle but they haven't even touched the computer in 8 days! If I would have to let my MacBook repaired again, I would bring it here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my MacBook Pro in for a factory recall (keys were falling off). The screen and battery was also replaced at no cost. They said 7 days are needed for the work, and had it done in 6. I was also getting updates via e-mail on the progress, and an SMS when my MacBook was ready.
My other MacBook Pro had a loose CMD key, but it was out of warranty. I have asked them if they could do something about it, when I collected the first MacBook Pro after the fix. They replaced the key on the spot at no cost!!! Probably not with the widest smile, but definitely a professional team. I would recommend it / come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They said it would take exactly three days to receive a replacement for my iPhone. I confirmed this with them multiple times. It ended up taking more than eight days.
I dropped off my phone on a Monday, then received an email the very next day that it would take 5-6 business days. I assumed the email was automated, but called the next day to confirm. They just said to refer to the email and couldn't care less that they told me three days originally.
It seemed like a total bait and switch to me but that's just my humble opinion.
Otherwise, the handover was simple but I would not have done this if I would have known it would take 8 days -- the delay caused multiple problems because I could not receive phone calls and could not make payments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I broke my MacBook air m1 by dropping it, and they managed to repair the screen at no cost through the official warranty in less than 2 days whereas other repair shops told me it would cost me around 200k HUF and take more than 14 days. So I was amazed at their service and would highly recommend. Also they did not talk down to me for breaking the laptop nor were they sexist in any way, which young women have to expect in many tech shops. So I was very satisfied and would recommend consulting them for help.
