Ebben az az érdekes vodafonnál feltöltő kártyás voltam ,upc nél meg nem volt tartozás és amikor elköltöztem peströl le lett mondva az előfizetés ugyhogy nem tudom mit akarnak 12 év után ez most komoly ha magyarnak születsz addig amig meg nem döglesz neked adosnak kell lenned,tök mindegy kinek csak valami vagy valakinek tartozz. (Már bő masfél éve felbontottam a szolgáltatóval a szerződést és minden csekk időben be lett fizetve, meg is vannak őrizve) Az elmúlt 1 évben egy levelet nem kaptam, de egyből fenyegetőznek, egy ilyen bagatel összegnél is. Az ügyfélszolgálatos leereszkedő stílusa, és az, hogy minden kérdésre ugyanazt a betanult választ flegmán odadobja, csak még inkább undorítóvá tette az egészet. Bónusznak nem tudták megmondani, hogy miért is tartozom, csak, hogy több, mint egy éve kiküldték a csekket. Élősködők... Unqualified company !!! Mivel ne ügyfél voltam tükör effektusban felvettem a hölgy attitűdjét, nem tetszett neki ahogy hallottam, de sajnos nem is tanul belőle.
