L	Levente Olosz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gábor, a szerviz vezetője nagyon segítőkésznek mutatkozott, amikor a lerobbant kocsim az út szélén és ő megállt segíteni. Utána elvittem hozzá az autót és sokat dolgoztak rajta, azonban újra és újra visszatért a megjavított hibája (részecskeszűrő eltömődés). Utoljára több mint egy hónapot pihent nála, de érdemi eredményt akkor sem értek el. Közben pedig sok száz ezer forintot fizettem ki munkadíjra és több alkatrész kicserélésére. Ez már sok volt számomra és elvittem egy másik szerelőhöz, aki egy órán belül kiderítette a hiba valódi okát (turbó meghibásodása miatt tömődött el újra és újra a részecskeszűrő). Nem tudom, hogy ezt többszöri átvizsgálás után (amelyekhez állítólag szakszervizes kolléga véleményét is kikérték), hogy nem sikerült rájönni. Nem akarom a szervizt átveréssel vádolni, de az biztos ,hogy szakszerűség és hozzáértés terén oltári hiányosságaik vannak. Gábor, the service manager, was very helpful when my crashed car on the side of the road and he stopped to help. I then took the car to him and a lot of work was done on it, but again and again his fixed fault (particle filter clogging) came back. He last rested with him for more than a month, but they did not achieve a meaningful result even then. In the meantime, I paid many hundreds of thousands of forints for labor and the replacement of several parts. It was already a lot for me and I took it to another mechanic who found out the real cause of the fault within an hour (the particle filter was clogged again and again due to a turbo failure). I don’t know that after several scans (for which the opinion of a professional service colleague was allegedly sought) that it was not possible to find out. I don’t want to accuse the service of scam, but they certainly have altar gaps in professionalism and competence.

A mögötte lèvő szivacsbetètet lefújták alvázvèdővel, de a szivacs mögötti felületek èrintetlenek marattak. Ez így èrtelmetlen. Mosó nincs a műhelyben. Tehát, ha valaki havas, latyakos időben viszi az autóját, akkor mire a mosóból visszahozzák az autót, az alúl már nem lesz tiszta. Az autó ajtajaira is jutott az alvázvèdő permetèből a fènyezèsre. Nem profi csapat. When I went to the appointment, they didn't know about me. This is neglected. Today I demolished the drumsticks. The sponge pad behind it was blown off by a chassis guard, but the surfaces behind the sponge were intact in etching. This is meaningless. Washer is not in the workshop. So, if you take your car in snowy, snowy weather, the bottom will no longer be clean by the time the car is brought back from the washer. The car doors also came from the chassis spray to the painting. Not a professional team.
S	Szabolcs Szilágyi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nemrég készíttettem velük üreg- és alvázvédelmet egy jó állapotú autón. A telefonos egyeztetés és az állapotfelmérés során lelkiismeretesnek tűntek. Az elvégzett munkáról fotókat ígértek ami fontos szempont volt. Az autó a megbeszélt időben elkészült, az ár tekintetében korrektek voltak. A képek viszont csak az üregvédő fúvókáit és az alvázvédővel lefújt autót mutatják, a mosásnak és a korróziógátlásnak nyoma sincs. Azért vittem oda az autót, hogy nyugodt legyek a karosszéria felől, most viszont úgy tűnik, hogy csak elfedték a kezdődő rozsdát. Megbántam, hogy hozzájuk fordultam. Kedves Gábor! Köszönöm, hogy reagált bejegyzésemre, mégsem nyugtatott meg. Ugyanis időt szántak a fényképezésre, de csak azt fényképezték ami utólag is látszik, tehát haszna, azon kívül, hogy elmondhatják magukról, "készítettünk képeket", nem volt. A fényképek készítésének ebben a munkában pont az az értelme, hogy dokumentálja az olyan munkafázisok elkészültét is, ami később nem látható, ellenőrizhető. Így viszont marad a magyarázkodás és a kétség... I recently made cavity and chassis protection with them on a car in good condition. They seemed conscientious during the telephone consultation and health check. Photos of the work done were promised which was an important aspect. The car was completed on time, they were fair in price. The images, on the other hand, show only the nozzles of the cavity guard and the car blown with the chassis guard, with no sign of washing or corrosion protection. I took the car there to keep me calm from the bodywork, but now it just seems to have covered the starting rust. I regretted turning to them. Dear Gábor! Thanks for responding to my post, yet it didn’t reassure me. Because they took the time to take photos, but they only took photos of what they look like afterwards, so it was of no use other than to be able to tell about themselves, "we took pictures". The purpose of taking photographs in this work is precisely to document the completion of work phases that cannot be seen or checked later. This, in turn, leaves explanation and doubt ...
L	László Varga on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Miután elkészült az alváz- és üregvédelem, másnap elvittem az autót műszaki vizsgára. Mikor az autóért mentem, kijött a szerelő a műhelyből, és megkérdezte, hogy hol csináltattam az alvázvédelmet, mert GYÖNYÖRŰEN sikerült! Látszik, hogy aki felhordta az alvázvédelmet, minőségi anyagokkal dolgozott, lelkiismeretesen végezte a munkát, és nagy gyakorlattal dolgozott. Ennek megfelelően nem ez a legolcsóbb műhely, de csak így bízhatok abban, hogy a 20 éves autóm még évekig róhatja az utakat. Kaptam képeket az egyes munkafázisokról, tetszett, hogy a lakatos kolléga lelkiismeretesen kihajtogatta az egymáshoz ponthegesztett lemezeket, hogy a két lemez között kialakult rozsdát is le tudja kezelni. Van kép arról, hogyan készült el a lakatolás, az alvázvédős kolléga kereste, hogy tulajdonképpen hol lett kilakatolva az autó:-) Külön köszönöm a srácoknak az extra idejüket, az ő túlórázásuk nélkül nem lett volna kész az autó határidőre! Az elvégzett munka minőségére 5 csillagot adok, de a szerviz értékelését lerontja, hogy (ahogy manapság mindenhol) nehézkes a kommunikáció a cég adminisztrációs vezetőségével. After the chassis and cavity protection had been completed, I took the car to the technical test the next day. When I went for the car, the mechanic came out of the workshop and asked me where I had made the chassis protection, because it was VERY successful! Apparently, whoever applied the undercarriage protection, worked with quality materials, did the work conscientiously, and worked with great practice. Accordingly, this is not the cheapest workshop, but that's the only way I can trust that my 20-year-old car will take the road for years to come. I got pictures of the individual work phases, I liked that the locksmith colleague conscientiously unfolded the spot welded plates so that he could handle the rust formed between the two plates. There is a picture of how the lock was made, the chassis guard was looking for where the car was actually unlocked :-) Special thanks to the guys for their extra time, without their overtime they wouldn't be ready for the car on time! I give it 5 stars for the quality of the work I do, but the service rating is downgraded by the fact that (as nowadays everywhere) communication with the company's administrative management is difficult.

Nincs olyan kérés, probléma amiben ne segítenének, vagy ne tudnák rá a megoldást. Rendkívűl lelki ismeretesek, és fantasztikus munkát adnak ki a kezükből. Igy utólag bizton állítom, hogy nem a lehúzásról szól a tevékenységük. Csak ajánlani tudom! Right now, I think it's the best, most professional chassis protection workshop in Budapest, if not in the country. There is no request, problem that they would not help or know the solution to. They are extremely spiritual and know how to put out a fantastic job. So in retrospect, I make sure that their activity is not about pulling down. I can only recommend!

Az elvégzett nagyobb munka dokumentált és szemrevételezés alapján a végeredmény jónak tűnik, de ezt majd a legkeményebb minőségellenőr az időjárás dönti el, hogy valójában hogyan is sikerült. Árban van náluk olcsóbb műhely, de ez a munka ember és időigényes és rengeteg múlik az előkészítésen, aminek a valós minősége csak utólag állapítható meg igazán. A jó előre leegyeztett időpontot nem igazán sikerült tartani és erről nem vagyok biztos, hogy értesítettek volna maguktól, illetve készíthetnének több képet a munkafolyamatról mert csak a lakatolt részről kaptam képet a lecsiszolt alvázról nem. I visited them for chassis and cavity protection. The more work done is documented and visually, the end result looks good, but this will be decided by the toughest quality controller by the weather, how it actually worked. There is a cheaper workshop for them than that, but this work is human and time consuming and a lot depends on the preparation, the real quality of which can only be really determined afterwards. The good pre-arranged date was not really kept and I am not sure that they would have notified themselves or taken more pictures of the work process because I only got a picture of the polished chassis from the padded part.

Mondták, hogy bármikor ha arra járok nézzek be nyugodtan, hogy mivel és hogyan dolgoznak. Máshol 3 nap alatt összecsapják, itt egy hetet mondtak. El lehet képzelni mennyire alaposak, hagyják száradni az autót. A műhely nem szalon állapotú, de nem is ezért megy oda az ember. Én 102 db képet kaptam a munkáról+ajándék gyertya cseréket. Ajánlom őket, korrekt szakembernek bizonyultak! I chose them because of the many positive reviews and attitudes on the phone. I was told that whenever I go I would feel free to look into what and how they work. Elsewhere they clash in 3 days, here they said for a week. You can imagine how thorough they are, letting the car dry. The workshop is not in a salon state, but that is not why one goes there. I received 102 pictures of the work + gift candle exchanges. I recommend them, they have proven to be the right professionals!

Sajnos több teendő is volt rajta, mint amire eredetileg számítottam, de mindenben nagyon készégesen és profin segítettek. Én az itt olvasottakkal ellentétben bőséges mennyiségű képet kaptam (94 darab), sőt többször voltam náluk az autó javítása során, melyre kifejezetten ők invitáltak, hogy saját szememmel is lássam miről van szó. A végeredmény ugyan nem lett olcsó, de a minősége nem is összevethető a piacon 50-60 ezrekért elvégzett alvézvédelemmel. Szerintem nagyon szép munkát végeztek, és bízom benne, hogy ezt az időjárás, és az évek is majd meg fogják erősíteni. I brought my Mazda 6 to them for chassis protection. Unfortunately, there was more to do on it than I had originally expected, but they were very willing and professional in everything. Contrary to what I read here, I received a copious amount of pictures (94 pieces), and I was even with them several times during the repair of the car, to which they specifically invited me to see with my own eyes what it was all about. Although the end result has not been cheap, its quality is not comparable to the algae protection performed on the market for 50-60 thousand. I think they have done a very nice job and I am confident that this will be confirmed by the weather and the years.
