Először egyáltalán nem működött az automata (azt mondták az ügyfélszolgálaton, hogy nem bírja a meleget...), másodszor valamit kiírt, amit nem értettem (l. a fotó), majd lefagyott (állítólag akkor az összes automata bemondta az unalmast). A telefonos ügyfélszolgálat kedves volt, de az emailes kommunikáción van mit javítani. Rossz szájízt hagyott maga után az egész.
I went there 3x in 2 days by the time I managed to pick up my package. First, the vending machine didn't work at all (they told the customer service that it couldn't stand the heat ...), secondly it posted something I didn't understand (see photo), and then it crashed (supposedly all vending machines said it was boring). Telephone customer service was nice, but there is room for improvement in email communication. The whole thing left a bad taste.
